Herb and Garlic Ciabatta

  • 1 ciabatta loaf
  • 125grms butter
  • 1-2cloves garlic-crushed
  • 1tblspn fresh parsley-finely chopped
  • 1tblspn fresh basil-finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut the loaf into 2cm slices almost to the base. Cream butter in a bowl, add the chopped herbs, garlic and seasoning, beat well. Spread each slice generously with the butter mix and wrap in tin foil. Bake for 10 minutes on 200c. Unwrap and bake for a further 5 minutes.
