Sesame Fried Pillows

  • 250grams Beef Mince
  • 1tspn Salt
  • 1tblspn Oil
  • 1tblspn Cornflour
  • 1tblspn Soy Sauce
  • 1tblspn Water
  • 1tblspn White Wine
  • 2 Spring Onions-finely chopped
  • 1tspn Ginger-finely chopped
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Pepper-to taste
  • 4-5 Slices Thick White Bread-crusts removed

Marinate mince with soy sauce, wine, water, oil, ginger, salt, spring onions and pepper for about an hour. Cut bread into 1inch squares. Add cornflour to mince mixture. Put 1tspn of mince mix onto each peice of bread, smoothing down edges. Dunk in sesame seeds (mince side only). Fry in oil, mince side first, until cooked through. Serve hot.
