Mix flour and water to a firm dough. Havle the dough and knead to exclude air. Roll out very thinly, spead with half the butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper and half the spring onions. Roll up, cut in 1/2, seal ends, twist together, flatten, roll and flatten again. Repeat with the rest of the dough. Fry slowly in frying pan on a low heat. Serve with fresh salad.
