Zurich Schnitzel

  • 6slices Beef Schnitzel
  • 1nip Brandy
  • 1nip Sherry
  • 250grams Button Mushrooms-sliced
  • 1cup Cream
  • 30grams Butter
  • 2tblspns Flour

Tenderise the schnitzet and lightly dust in the flour. Melt the butter in frying pan, place meat in pan, turning quickly to seal in juices. saute for 4-6 minutes until cooked through. Place in hot oven dish until sauce is ready. Add mushrooms to residue in pan. Toss for 2minutes and pour in cream, mix well. Add brandy, and allow to reduce. Add sherry and mix. Remove meat from oven. Coat in sauce and serve immediately.
