There have been questions on how a Toyhouse works, what do I do with my motorcycle, do you have a place to sit and eat or watch TV, etc. Well, here are some pictures to try and explain. The first is the trailer ready for loading the bikes, the sofas are up against the walls and everything is stored in its own place. Note the rack for the front wheels of the bikes. |

The two pictures below show the bikes inside from front and back. Pat is fastening the rear tie downs which prevent the back wheels from wandering. The front wheels are held by the rack, and are also fastened to the rack by tie downs. When everyting is in, we close the back wall/ramp and drive down the road. No living room while the bikes are inside, but we still have the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. |

When we get where we are going to stay, the bikes go out, the sofas come down, the chairs are put up, and the living room is back. All the comforts of home. In three years of carrying the bikes with us, only once, on I10 in Louisana, have the bikes moved. Even then (and if you have driven the road, you understand things shaking loose) the rear of Pat's bike moved less then three inches and did nothing except rub off a little paint from my left saddlebag. |
