I have been making stationery for Outlook Express for about a year and a half now and decided it was time to put some of it up on my website as not everyone frequents the newsgroups where I post it. All of the stationery is compatible with OE4 and OE5. None of it contains music, you will have to add that yourself if you want it. I have arranged it by topic, just click on a link to see thumbnails of that stationery and to download what you want.
