He may have been a son of Jesse George of Cherokee Co.

James Larkin George was my Gr. Grandfather.
He was a son of marmaduke.
My gr.father was his son, Marion Scott George
Marmer Duke & Elizabeth Thacker George are buried at Alco Cemetery, near Alco, Ark.
I have put flowers on thier gravesite.
They are not too far from the back gate.
I have Mormer Duke as being born on 2 Aug. 1821.
