She was married to JAMES AUSTIN HALEY (son of JAMES HALEY and HANNAH unknown (haley)) on 2 Oct 1858. JAMES AUSTIN HALEY was born on 27 Feb 1834 in Pulaski County, Virginia. one note says that he was born in Gibson County Tennessee, another in mecklenberg co virginia. On his pension application he said Pulaski Co Virginia and 1850 census of that county shows it he appeared on the census in 1850 in Pulaski County, Virginia. page 232.
He immigrated after 1850 to Gibson County, Tennessee. He served in the military between 1861 and 1865 in Tennessee. applied in 1903 and denied, he served in Co B, 12th Regiment of Manney's Bridgae, Cheatham.
He immigrated in 1865 to Eldridge, Obion County, Tennessee. He appeared on the census in 1880 in Blue Mountain, Stone County, Arkansas. He owned sec 23, 14n 10 w and sec 27 15n 12 w in 1889 in Stone County, Arkansas. He died on 21 May 1906 in Blue Mountain, Stone County, Arkansas. He payed tax on sec 30 8 west 16 north 1858-1861, 1865, 1866. He has reference number 22. He was named after spelled Haley on tombstone. He is buried Bickle's Cove Cemetery. He was born in Pulaski Co Va., but lived in Gibson co Tennessee at some point after 1850 census where he was shown in family in Pulaski Co Va p. 232 He lived after the civil war in Eldrige, Obion Co Tennessee until after his pension was denied in 1903.

He got a homestead application 4035 certificate 8780 from the Harrison Arkansas land office for 160 acres believe to be in Mt. View. Homestead dated 1862 makes it a little clearer listed in Izard Stone Co tract book as having 1878 sec 21
