The cabin is light green with dark green trim, with a wooden deck facing the road.

Via Highway 287 (i.e. if coming from Longmont or closer to cabin)

1. Take 287 North out of Fort Collins; go about 10 or 12 miles past the Highway 14 turnoff (Ted's place)
2. Turn left (west) at Livermore (there will be signs for Red Feather) (This turn comes up after you've gone through a deep cut in the rock ridge (i.e. Owl Canyon), then almost two miles gradually uphill after the Owl Canyon cut, then another almost two miles of gradual downhill, with a left-ward curve at the crest.  The turn off is right at the bottom of this long hill, right before it starts heading up again.  If you start heading uphill again, you've passed the Red Feather Lakes Road turnoff.  There is a gas station/restaurant at the turnoff called "The Forks.")
   
3. follow directions below from Livermore to cabin

Via I-25 (i.e. if coming from further south than Longmont)

1. take I-25 exit 281, Owl Canyon, and head west (NOTE your mileage or set trip odometer)
   
2. turn right after (north) 4.4 miles, at the first (I think) stop sign (you'll see a sign for Grant family farms)
3. turn left (west) after 1.0 miles; the road will be dirt after turning (acumulative 5.4 miles)
   
4. turn right (north-west), onto highway 287, after 6.3 miles (acum. 11.7)
5. turn left (west) onto Red Feather Lakes Road, after 3.7 miles (acum. 15.4) (note: after you turn onto highway 287 from the dirt Owl Canyon road, there is one long gradual uphill slope, then one long gradual downhill slope, with a left-ward curve at the crest.  The turn off is right at the bottom of this long hill, right before it starts heading up again.  If you start heading uphill again, you've missed the Red Feather Road turnoff.  There is a gas station/restaurant at the turnoff called "The Forks.")
6. follow directions below from Livermore to cabin
   

From Livermore (Red Feather Lakes Road turnoff) to cabin

1. turn right (north) to Red Feather Lakes Village, after 23.8 miles (Owl Canyon acum. 39.2) (There is a church on the left just before this turn, with a cross lit up in the dark.)
2. turn right onto Main Street (dirt) after 0.6 miles (O.C. acum 39.8); (note you will be the perimeter of Ramona Lake (on your right here) to reach the cabin)
3. bear right on Romona Dr. after the beauty salon (the first chance you get past the post office) (about 0.2 miles) (this turn is pretty much the default, so it's not really like a turn off Main St.)
4. follow the road around the lake till just after you cross the dam, into the cabin driveway (about 0.2 miles) (driveway split from road at the same place Minehaha Drive turns off Ramona Dr.)
