Banjywon Ripponleigh at 8 hours old.
I purchased Galway Flyer in foal with Leigh after having seen Rossahka but having no suitable mare to send to him. The result was perfect and I showed her with quite some success as at weanling, yearling and later for one outing as a mature mare.

However, I turned to campdrafting and Leigh was sold. For the next decade she did a little trail riding and dabbled in a couple of campdrafts but that was all. It took me 5 years to convince her owner to sell her back to me. She was ridden for a while and trained to 40km fitness - however her respitory system seems to have never fully recovered from a severe infection as a 3 year old so she has been retired from riding. She has joined the brood mare band and will remain with us until her end.
