Maxwell
Max was the first of the 3 that decided he wanted to come home with me. I got him from the SPCA when he was about 6 months old. He was the gangliest kitten I had ever seen. He looked like he needed to grow into his ears. As it turns out he did need to grow into his ears and when he did what a beauty he turned out to be. The little beggar is about 7 now and still my baby.(okay okay he'll always be my baby) He's all black with yellow/green eyes. (piccie to come soon)
Beiber
My little girl. She's orange with the same colored eyes as her coat.(A real beauty) She picked me when Max was getting lonely and needed company for the days I wasn't home for long hours at a time. Someone once told me that orange cats have attitude... personally after owning an orange cat I think this is an understatement. This baby has personality plus. She won't take any ummmmm.... poop from anyone. (maybe she learned this from her "mother", I dunno)
Baby
Our newest addition to decide he wanted to come home with us. It took him all of about 3 days to take over the household. He's definitely his daddy's baby. He's black and shorthair with silver on the inside of his coat and browny/yellow eyes. He's still very much a baby and likes to get into trouble.(now that's an understatement) He's absolutely adorable just like his "brother" and "sister".
All of our beautiful cats were adopted from our local animal shelters. Sometimes I think about the fact that these cats may have been "put down" if we hadn't come along and adopted them. What about all the other wonderful animals that aren't so lucky? Sad to think about. Please, please, please, if you're gonna be a pet owner be a responsible one and get your pets spayed or neutered.
