James and Elizabeth were married in 1821.
Both were born in Penn.,lived in Ohio in 1828-1829,
moved to Brook County,W.Va in 1830 and then to Hancock
County,W.Va. in 1850-1860. Then they moved to Steubenville,
Jefferson County,Ohio in 1863 until their
deaths.James Figley died in 1876 but was buried on
Feb.18,1878 in Union Cemetery in Steubenville, Ohio
along with their unmarried daughters Hanna and Anna.
