Creamy Coleslaw

1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 medium head cabbage, finely shredded or chopped (about 4 cups)
1 medium carrot, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, season salt and pepper. Toss with cabbage, carrots and onion. Sprinkle with paprika or dill weed if desired. 8 servings
