Still incubating: watch for new hatches!
Hi, I'm Dan. I raise standard and bantam Light, Dark and Buff Brahmas, here at my homestead in North Pole, Alaska. They are mostly for meat and eggs but I do show them a little too. I breed, raise, and show all of my Brahmas. So if you know of anyone that wants some good quality Brahmas or have some for sale, let me know! I am a member of the American Poultry Association, the American Brahma Club, and the Frosty Feathers Poultry Club. My interests include "My Birds", my dogs Sitka and Al, Hunting, Fishing, Small Scale Farming, and maintaining my home and vehicles. I have been a Military Policeman for 17 years and currently I am a Platoon Sergeant with the 258th MP Co at Fort Polk, LA.
Barb brought home the first chickens (she is the one who got me interested in the chickens) and has a Nigerian Dwarf Goat, whose name is Rose. She is the sole proprietor of Antiques and Collections, an antiques shop in North Pole, AK. Some of Barb's interests include her goat, gardening, decorating the house and her shop. She currently works as a Government Service Employee on Ft Wainwright.
