by splicing genes together using three female subjects. Male sperm is no longer required to create life. Needless to say this will have a very detrimental effect upon the way mankind at large will view the Creator—God Himself as well as humankind in general. Will these creations have a soul??? Personally speaking---I don't think so. Just smells too un-natural to me. I personally believe this is how the anti-christ will be spawned that is if he's not already spawned as we speak.
The Foundation ~ It’s not hard for anyone in this world today to see that something is most definitely on the horizon for mankind. And it’s also not very hard for anyone to discern that things will get a lot tougher for us as we start this new millennium. I wouldn't be too far off in saying that we as mankind have to be on our last leg of the journey. There are many even of the world that will agree that we cannot continue in the ways that we have in the past. Everything as we have known it to be is on target to change drastically. What will be really strange is when these that believe they run things will declare the United States will not be a soveregn nation any more. There will be no U.S. as we know it today because it will be part of the complete new world order.
Just this year the population of the earth has reached the six billion mark and we can count on it to be increased almost exponentially. The numbers cannot lie. Our supply of natural resources that we so much depend on for life is steadily dwindling away. We are gradually polluting our own supply of drinking water, the essence of life for all living things. There are diseases now that our medicines cannot eradicate. Morality is steadily dwindling. We have a president in office now that fought for a v-chip to keep children from viewing violence or sexual situations on TV; Yet he himself is guilty of sexual misconduct with an aid in the White House and was exposed for every child to see. And far more importantly, we as a nation as a whole gave him our stamp of approval. Go figure.
Terrorism will increase ~ In this day and age---Good is called evil and evil is called good. The prophecy of Isaiah 5:20 confirms this ~ Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! And all of these major changes have come about in just the last 50 or 60 years. What in the world could be waiting for us in the next 20 or 30 years? For the first time in creation man is able to completely wipe out all life as we know it on this planet, not only with nuclear weapons, but with biological or chemical weapons which I believe would be far more dangerous. I believe that any day now someone who hates the US, will stroll down Broadway in New York or some other big metropolis with a back-pac nuke and destroy everything in a one-half mile radius and kill everything that is big enough to die. A chemical or biological attack would be as easy as driving down a main thorofare in a major metropolitan area in a Rider rent truck spraying chemical or biological aerosol out of pin holes in the back of the truck. It would kill thousands upon thousands.Not to mention in the millions if it was some contagion such as small pox or ebola.
The former Soviet Union has lost or misplaced many of the smaller tactical nuclear weapons. I believe it is obvious that some of these generals or leaders in Russia who are now out of a job, have stolen them and are selling to countries like Iraq and to terrorists such as Usama Bin-Laden. I don't believe any of these men who were in the higher echelon in the former Soviet Union have enough morals to turn down a couple a million dollars for one of these warheads---Do you? So we can just get ready---I am confident, it will happen. This guy Bin-Laden has so much money he doesn't know what to do with it all, just yet. And he hates the United States. It will be these Moslem extreme fundamentalists that will come to cause the world and especially us in the U.S. so much grief. Do we think these guys have a qualm about dying for their cause? I don't think they would think twice. On the contrary; They believe they will wind up in paradise if they wipe out a couple-o-million people of the nation they know as the ---Great Satan.
We are on the fast express to destruction people---No doubt about it. This world is rapidly filling with those of mankind above that hate and seek only to kill and destroy all others for their own gain or the advancement of their own cause at any cost. Terrorism is at an all time high and will most definitely be a very powerful force to reckon with as we go forward. Our government and the CIA already know this. And as we know, this was the reason for God wiping out mankind before. But---- As in the days of Noah so shall it be in the day of the Lord. For sure---No way around it brethren.
Knowledge will increase ~ We have an increase in technology that if viewed by someone just a short 100 years ago would startle and amaze. They would most surely see it as straight out of the supernatural. Shoot---Speaking for myself---I'm utterly amazed everyday by the leaps and bounds of technology. It has increased to the pace that every day that we go forward in time we increase in knowledge almost exponentially people!!!. Daniel 12: 4 says this ~ But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
It’s not hard to envision even to those who know not God that computers in the very near future will be able to almost completely mimic anything that we as humans can do physically and in our minds. I bought my PC which was the fastest available---a 200 mghz, just about 20 months ago. In this time we are already seeing AMD and Intel coming out with a PC with a clock speed of 800 mgz and even a 1 ghz processor is on the horizon. All of this in one year. If that's not increasing in knowledge exponentially---Then I don't know what is. And a very significant and frightening milestone if you will has been reached. As I touched on above; Man has now taken the place of the Creator of life. We are now on the very threshold in gene research that we can create any form of life
Man has become as God ~ I’m inclined to believe it’s not a question of if, but when this research is so refined as to develope a perfect clone of another human. I also believe we will be cloning these abominations to store up body parts to replace the ones that wear out as we age in an attempt to prolong life forever. But this will undoubtably be reserved for the very elite—the extremely rich. They are already researching the idea of growing a complete human being but without a head or brain. They will keep it alive indefinitely and you too can have on of these organ farms yourself for just $29.95. If your liver wears out---Shoot you have a fresh. Just pluck it out and install it. I'm concvinced there is a clandestine organization somewhere that has a human being already in the late months of growth. The law of averages and knowing the nature of mankind just has to dictate this belief. Just think about it. The Nazis were a pretty sharp bunch of boys. What if they saved some body or bone tissue from Hitler---Hmmmm? Something to think about, Huh?
Darkness has been running this con from the beginning. And in the case with Eve from the literal beginning. He said in Genesis 3: 5 ~ For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. As we can now create physical, viable life, we in a sense, now rival God if not just by our own prideful, egotistical nature. But wait---There is already a cult that hails out of the Tulsa, OK. & Fort Worth, TX. area led by some of these bloated egos that teache we can all be just like a flock of little Jesus'. They prance and strut in $1000 outfits and Rolexes and put any actor in Hollywood to shame with their skill in theatrics. And indeed---They teach we can create with the word spoken from our mouth----Just like God our Father, Hmmmm? They teach---Jump on my train and you too can become wealthy, healty and wise. Sounds a tad bit familiar though. Indeed; Deceptively familiar, doesn't it? Woe unto us brethren. But most certainly woe unto these spurious counterfeits who spew forth this puke and regurgitate this counterfeit gospel---Indeed a counterfeit Christ. This abominable understanding is most definitely hell spawned and lines up perfectly with Paul's letter to Timothy in 1 Timothy 4: 1 Not to mention his warning to us concerning the fate of those who do such things in the name of Christ. Galatians 1: 8 & 9
Natural disasters will increase ~ Just in the last 10 to 15 years we have been able to look out to the very ends of the known universe through deep space probes Voyager 1 & 2 and with the Hubbel space telescope. In the next 5 years the NASA scientists claim the next generation telescope will be placed on the moon and will be able to even look as closely at the planets orbiting other suns as well as we can see the planets in our own solar system. Personally; I believe we will find another earth like planet. With Hubbel there also comes an unexpected bonus if you will—--Even amateur astronomers are now able to see that there are very many asteroids and comets that are coming very close to earth’s orbit and some are even predicted to hit us in this millennium. God gave us a little look at that for the first time when the Shummacher-Levy comet broke into pieces and plowed into Jupiter. With just one of the objects that hit Jupiter, the impact threw a mushroom cloud up 600 miles in the upper atmosphere. The crater, if Jupiter was a solid planet, would swallow up many earths just by itself. I can say this with all confidence. In the very near future we will be hit by a celestial object. I don’t know if it will destroy mankind but no doubt, it will be most definitely a very strong wake up call to us all.
An asteroid named 1997XS11 is predicted to come as close as 30,000 miles to earth in 2028. That’s about one 17th the distance the moon is to the earth. This is way too close to calculate without any degree of error. And here is the kicker—When it was first discovered the astronomists and the brains that figure these things out had this asteroid colliding with earth, but all of them suddenly and abruptly changed their minds. And it's easy to see why. Just imagine---Mankind in all of our glory---in our perverse, greedy, selfish don’t give a damn about anyone but ourselves attitude finding out life as we know it will end at a specific date in the future. How can all of these techno geeks that figure this kind of stuff out come to the same conclusion and then all of them change their mind and claim they were wrong? Can you just imagine what mankind would do with such knowledge? Well, All I can say is let's just hide and watch what these that know and figure ot these things will do.
Another fact for us to ponder. One of the Hawaiian Islands has a very steep bluff facing northward in the pacific. The bluff is about 900 feet high from the oceans surface and the water at the bottom of this bluff drops straight off to over 10,000 feet deep. This chunk of land encompasses millions and millions of tons of land. There is a fault on this island that the USGS calls the Great Crack. This crack is steadily widening and the geologists are convinced, because Hawaii is so geologically active, someday in the near future the whole North face of this island will slough off into the Pacific. The Navy has used a side scan sonar at the base of this bluff and they know that this has happened before in these deep waters. There is evidence this has already occured a few times. When this thing goes; It will send a tsunami or tidal wave racing at 600 mph towards the west coast of the US and Australia at least 1000 feet high. Can you imagine. Deep Impact suddenly looms very real and large in our thinking and if we are hear long enough we can count on it---it will happen.
The Amplified translation of Luke 21: 25 & 26 says this ~ And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars; and upon the earth [there will be] distress (trouble and anguish) of nations in bewilderment and perplexity [without resources, left wanting, embarrassed, in doubt, not knowing which way to turn] at the roaring (the echo) of the tossing of the sea. Could this roaring and tossing of the sea be a tsunami or tidal wave a couple of thousand feet tall?
26) Men swooning away or expiring with fear and dread and apprehension and expectation of the things that are coming on the world; for the [very] powers of the heavens will be shaken and caused to totter.
Something that struck me with surprise. I just recently found out that earthquakes have been recorded as far south as Florida. So His Word says earthquakes and natural disasters in diverse never been before, places. The strongest earthquake ever recorded in the States took place in Missouri close to the Arkansas border in what is known as the New Madrid fault.
The apostles were in agreement here because Mark 13: 25 & Matthew 24: 29 say almost identically the same thing. In fact Mark 13: 24 & 25 is a bit more specific ~ 24) But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
25) And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.
God is just about ready and is in fact beginning to shake all that which can be shaken and all that will be left is that which cannot be shaken or moved. Surely He is speaking Spiritually here but since He is multi-dimensional, things such as this can always be seen also in the physical. Hebrews 12:27 Says ~ And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Now looking at this in the way He intended—through our spiritual eyes; We are very limited at just what He could mean here in that what is He talking about when He says--- that which cannot be moved or shaken There is only one thing He could mean in regard to those of us who claim allegiance to Him and His ways— My understanding is it is our mind, soul and particularly our spirit. Not the earth or heavens because He is well able to shake these. There can only be one thing that God cannot or should I say does not desire to shake loose of its foundation. He has always desired for mankind to lean on Him and not waver nor be moved in the Faith. We as His children are the ones that have the choice to fear of have Faith. Not the spirit of the world but the Spirit that was conceived in us through the Holy Seed or Holy Sperm as the Greek translates of the Spirit of Truth. The very same Seed that was implanted in Mary that conceived and bore our precious Lord Jesus.
The Great Predicted falling away ~ There is something that must take place first before He starts the refining process and cleansing of this sin ravaged earth. Some of us speak, preach and teach on this but I'm very confident in saying that the majority of those that I call—podium props; do not even venture anywhere near the insight of these things. They do expound on something along the lines of a pie in the sky fairy tale of a secret rapture to beam us outa here in a doctrine of devils or a doctrine of escapism from the great tribulation. And it is their design and purpose to stay away from such controversial subjects because it defeats the hidden agenda that most of these usurpers of the faith harbor. These are they that preach peace, peace when there is no peace spoken of in His Word of Truth. These are they which preach God desires you to be wealthy and a body that is worshipped above all else. These are they that preach all is well in Christendom. These are they which preach compromise. This could not by any stretch of The Word be more of a lie. Ezekiel 13:16 says this concerning these false prophets ~ To wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord GOD.
2 Thessalonians 2: 3, goes on to say this in the Amplified text ~ Let no one deceive or beguile you in any way, for that day will not come except the apostasy comes first [unless the predicted great falling away of those who have professed to be Christians has come], and the man of lawlessness (sin) is revealed, who is the son of doom (of perdition).
Look carefully at the words in verse two above. Unless the predicted great falling away of those who profess to be Christians. This is why I use almost expressly using the Amplified text because the brethren that took the better part of three decades to translate it have already looked into the Greek and Hebrew meanings in the original text. I’ve yet to find an inconsistency in this translation after using it exclusively for 7 years. But speaking of those of us who have professed to be a Christian. Those that teach this compromise also teach that once we are saved we are forever saved. They teach that there is nothing or no sin too great to keep us from heaven. They teach that one even doesn't have to repent because it's already taken care of by Christ. Some of the big, mainstream fellowships on TV led by what I call—--the Super Apostles actually teach that Jesus paid the complete price EVEN for the sins we have yet committed. Which no matter how you put a spin on it and twist His Word around speaks that this is akin to a license to sin. It cannot be seen any other way.
Another Jesus will be preached ~ These spurious men and women that preach Another Gospel today are going to be very important and key to this apostasy or great falling away. Jesus said in Matthew 24: 5 that many will come in the name of Jesus. These will be those who come bringing with them many signs and wonders. His word says in the Amplified text ~ For many will come in (on the strength of) My name [approriating the name which belongs to Me], saying, I am the Christ (the Messiah), and they shall lead many astray. There are a few of these men and women that come to my mind right now because they are in the forefront in the preaching of and the perpetuation of this doctrine of demons. In no way are these the only ones. There are dozens, probably hundreds more that line up with this doctrine. They will very much be held responsible for misleading the lambs and sheep astray. These are they which are spoken of in Revelation 20: 10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Many do not understand the gravity and seriousness of teaching false doctrine when these leaders should well know better. There will be no excuse that will save them. It would do little good to list them here because I believe we know who they are. They are constantly on TV. These are the ones with national and international recognition. These are they which at first; because of the wonders and marvels that they bring with them; will fool many into believing this is some sort of latter day spiritual revival.
I feel I must spend much time on this one point because as I said; These false, delusive signs will be the snare that will grab many. This spirit of dilusion will come to be believed because of one all important doctrine that has surfaced in Christendom in the last century or two and is the root problem as I see it. The once saved---always saved lie. I can't stress this enough---Anyone who falls for and stands on this doctrine today will be a prime candidtate to believe the false and lying wonders. Anyone that lets themselves be astounded by these delusive wonders will have a very hard time getting free especially in these days we are heading into. Don't be fooled by anything that your eyes or your carnal senses for that matter tell you is real. They may well be real but we have to understand this---Satan will come fully into power preceeded by the signs and wonders. The things that he is able to manifest will be real to our carnal senses. Many that are led by their eyes into believing are and will be following these teachers that manifest these wonders. We know who they are are. They are they which sell out convention centers calling what they do a crusade or Holy Ghost convention. These are they that preach a great revival. This may well be so but man will have to turn from and forsake this world. I beleve we are too far along in our rebellion for a mass wholesale revival to take place.
2 Thessalonians 2:2 says ~ Be ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. His Words are speaking of removing those things which can be shaken to leave those that are immovable. So----This is clear and can easily be seen by most of those of us who have made the decision to follow in the footsteps of Jesus and even those of us who are spiritually challenged. This can also be understood to shed Light on the following ~ He will remove His Spirit from those of us who cannot and will not stand in Faith or those who will shake with fear at the coming days of woe and leave those of us with His Spirit of Truth and Power and Faith in those of us who cannot be moved---The Remnant Army.
I’m only talking about what the Amplified text refers to as those who only profess to be Christian, but the lifestyle they live speaks the Truth. As I said above, this is in reality saying that we indeed have a license to freely sin and it won’t be charged against us. Because if our sins are forgiven even before we commit them, there is no need of a sacrifice to pay for that which is automatically forgiven. There is no need for us to read and understand His Word. There is no reason to study ourselves approved. There is no reason to follow the teachings of Christ to the letter. To believe this totally makes His Word of Truth of no effect. Those that hold on so tightly to this fallacious and ridiculous reasoning will argue the license to sin concept doesn’t exist because obviously it doesn’t fit in or make any sense knowing how God feels about rebellion and especially someone who claims an all out allegiance to Him.
These that hold to this reasoning use reams of paper to argue that if one ever got lost he was never found. John 17:12; That if one falls, he never stood. Romans 11:16 - 22 and Hebrews 6:4 - 6; If one was ever cast forth; He was never in and if one ever withered; He was never green. John 15:1 - 6; That if any man draws back; It proves that he never had anything to draw back from. Hebrews 10:38 & 39; That if one ever falls away into spiritual darkness; He was never enlightened. Hebrews 6:4 - 6; That if you again become entangled in the pollutions of the world; It shows that you never escaped in the first place; 2 Peter 2:20; That if you put salvation away; You never even had it to put away; And if you make shipwreck of faith, there was no ship of faith there!! 1 Timothy 1: 19 In short they say: If you get it, you can't lose it; and if you lose it you never had it. May God save us from accepting a doctrine, that must be defended by such fallacious reasoning!
I’ve treaded into all of the areas above for a reason. The words that is the subject of this writing—Abomination of Desolation. By His grace alone--- I’ll do my best to convey this as I see it. I have heard that some teach of a temple of stone and brick to be built in Jerusalem in regard to a physical sacrifice. This abomination that astonishes has its roots in the daily sacrifice in the temple. But since the Faith has come, we no longer are able to equate any of these Kingdom things with the physical. Matthew 24: 15 in the Amplified text says this ~ So when you see the appalling sacrilege [the abomination that astonishes and makes desolate], spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the Holy Place—let the reader take notice and ponder and consider and heed [this]. This daily sacrifice is spoken of in Daniel in three places ~ Daniel 9: 27 — 11: 31 & 12: 11 As I said above; Anytime this is ever taught on today; it is taught to be some kind of physical sacrifice. But this cannot be because Hebrews 10: 5 & 6 (Amp) says ~ Hence, when He [Christ] entered into the world, He said, Sacrifices and offerings You have not desired, but instead You have made ready a body for Me [to offer].
6) In burnt offerings and sin offerings You have taken no delight.
So what is this most Holy place spoken of above? It can't be a temple of stone and brick in Jerusalem because God just said durnt offerings and sin sacrifices doesn't please Him and are not suitable sacrifices. Hebrews 10:20 says this ~ By a new and living Way, which He hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, His flesh; Also in Hebrews 9:3 ~ And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; His Word is speaking of a temple not made with human hands. Hebrews 9:11 But Christ being come an high Priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Hebrews 9:24 ~ For Christ is not entered into the Holy places made with hands, which are the figures or types of the True; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: This temple that we individually and corporately are is the only temple that matters today.
Moses was instructed to build the tabernacle exactly as God described and it was to be built this way for a reason. This tabernacle was patterned after the human body with the heart being the holy of holies. ~ Hebrews 8: 5 ~ We get the word pattern or patterned after the word Paternal or Father. This veil spoken of in Hebrews that was rent when Jesus died on the cross is symbolic of our understanding of who we are now in Christ by a diligent study to understand His Word of Truth.
Paul said this concerning this veil. Look at 2 Corinthians 3: 12 - 18 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:
13) And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:
14) But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same veil untaken away in the reading of the Old Testament; which veil is done away in Christ.
15) But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart.
16) Nevertheless when they shall turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away.
17) Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18) But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
Hebrews 8: 10 & 11 speaks of the new covenant in which Father now doesn't require anything physical and in this New Covenant the veil that once covered the eyes of our understanding is now removed In Christ---Through and In our understanding of His Word of Truth. Any laws or rules laid down before are now fulfilled and abolished leaving no need for the daily sacrifice. Leaving no need whatsoever to lean unto these have to's and need to's any longer. Verse 10 ~ For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will imprint My laws upon their minds, even upon their innermost thoughts and understanding, and engrave them upon their hearts; I will be their God, and they shall be My people. Notice His words ~ after those days. After what days? What days is He talking about? Look in the first couple of verses in Hebrews 8. He's referring to the daily sacrifice that the Levitical priests were required to offer up. These days are no longer to be observed in the physical now that Faith has come. As Moses had to cover his face in the presence of the Israelite because of the residual glory of the Lord; We can now approach God boldly in awe and reverence having no reservations in our relationship with Him through Christ our Mediator.
Jesus now reigns in that place of the holy of holies which is likened to the heart of every True believer. He has sat down on the throne at the right hand of the Father Who reigns in our soul. Remember the Kingdom of God is within us. Hebrews 6: 13 - 20 says ~ For when God made promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no greater, He sware by Himself,
14) Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.
15) And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
16) For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
17)Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
18) That by two immutable things, (His promise and His oath)in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
19) Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
20) Where the Forerunner, Christ Jesus is for us entered, even Jesus, made a High Priest forever after the order of Melchisedec. As I said---Jesus can now enter in freely into that place within the veil. That place which God calls the holy of holies. Abba has considered us in this way. He has always desired to reign in the soul of mankind whereas Jesus now reigns in the heart of every True believer. That place where Father is can always be considered the most Holy place.
There is nothing that is physical since Jesus has come as far as the church is concerned. Galatians 3: 23 & 25 Speaks of a time before Faith and a time after Faith has come. All things are Spiritual now concerning His Kingdom and its speedy triumph. All things are based upon our personal relationship not a sacrificial relationship through a human priest. Most of the Judaizers or Legalists of today will argue this. But so be it. So what could this be that we are to see?
2 Thessalonians 2: 4 is the key to this understanding. The Amplified says it this way. Starting in the third verse. ~ Let no one deceive or beguile you in any way, for that day will not come except the apostasy comes first [unless the predicted great falling away of those who have professed to be Christians has come], and the man of lawlessness (sin) is revealed, who is the son of doom (of perdition),
4) Who opposes and exalts himself so proudly and insolently against and over all that is called God or that is worshiped, [even to his actually] taking his seat in the temple of God proclaiming that he himself is God.
The question has to be just what is this temple of God that the son of perdition will take his seat in? Could it be a temple somewhere in Jerusalem as some teach? Let’s think about this a minute. How could a temple of brick and stone in Jerusalem effect the whole world, and especially the Gentiles in that it will cause many of us to fall away and deny Christ? Understanding just what this temple is — IS paramount to the complete understanding of what the great apostasy is and how it will take place. For one cannot fall away from something that they never were in.
Those who the prophet Isaiah says this about, ~ Isaiah 29: 13 & 14 (Amp) ~ And the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near to Me with their mouth and honor Me with their lips but remove their hearts and minds far from Me, and their fear and reverence for Me are a commandment of men that is learned by repetition [without any thought of the meaning],
14) Therefore, behold! I will again do marvelous things with this people, marvelous and astonishing things; and the wisdom of their wise men will perish, and the understanding of their discerning men will vanish or be hidden.
15) Woe to those who [seek to] hide deep from the Lord their counsel, whose deeds are in the dark, and who say—Who sees us? Who knows us? This is confirmed by Amos 8: 11 & 12.
1 Corinthians 3: 17 says this ~ If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is Holy, which temple ye are. Taking the whole of this chapter in context of this single witness; Paul is talking about anyone doing harm to this temple that we individually and corporately are by teaching and preaching a false doctrine or a false Gospel. Many teach, as usual, that this is some kind of physical abuse. And so it goes. The Amplified text of this witness says it this way ~ Do you not know and understand that you [the whole church at Corinth] are God’s temple (His sanctuary), and that God’s Spirit has His permanent dwelling in you [to be at home in you collectively as a church and also individually]?
17) If anyone does hurt to God’s temple or corrupts it [with false doctrines] or destroys it, God will do hurt to him and bring him to the corruption of death and destroy him. For the temple of God is Holy (sacred to Him) and that [temple] you [the believing church and its individual believers] are.
To understand what I put forth here concerning the abomination of desolation you will have only to look with the eyes of your understanding as Paul put it, or you spiritual eyes. So what could the abomination of desolation be taking into consideration that it is something Spiritual? Anything that Abba considers as an abomination always has its roots or is something to do with the worship of other gods or idols. And desolation translates to just as it says--—a desolation or absence of any life. So we could come to the conclusion and say this abomination of desolation is the worship of something that causes spiritual death or the complete and total separation from God through the Spirit of Truth being removed from the faithless.
Looking at Matthew 24: 15 and Mark 13: 25 this worship that causes death as I previously said comes right before a certain event that takes place. And this event in both of these Gospels is the great tribulation which has never been seen or never will be seen again. Listen carefully, people.
This place that the son of perdition will take his seat is that place where God will have once sat. That place is the soul of the believer. This one Truth we have to understand. When the Spirit of Truth; the Holy Spirit; the Anointing; the Lampstand is removed; the spirit of delusive, false and lying wonders will take the place where God has just vacated and business will be as if it never was interrupted. This is a key understanding especially to those of us who chase after these signs and wonders. Signs and dilusive miracals will manifest in places never seen before and will increase in those places where it was seen. And we know there are many in our number that do chase after these signs in order to prove God is real. And many, many more will come to be led by these lying dilusions in the future. When the son of perdition is manifested; by his taking the throne in our soul; false and lying wonders will increase.
Many will be very excited by these false wonders and they will in fact call this a revival and attribute these signs to be from God. These are they who know not the Scriptures and the prophesies concerning the Kingdom of God and its speedy triumph. So in this one act of not recognizing that this is not a revival; they will be given over to a spirit of dilusion--a spirit of deception all because they have not loved the Truth and sought this Truth continually. And God will force these to believe what is false. He accomplishes that for which He will be doing when all is said and done. For one purpose alone---in order that all may be be judged.
2 Thessalonians 2: 9 - 12 ~ Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11) And for this cause (this one single reason), God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: To force them to believe a lie:
12) That they all might be damned or judged who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. This is a very harsh reality here people.
Going back to 2 Thessalonians 2: 4 this speaks of someone who will sit in that place where God once sat. There is Someone spoken of that will be removed. This Someone is the Spirit of Truth the Lampstand or Light Bearer Who is restraining the son of perdition or the anti-christ from making himself known to the whole world through the apostate church. Millions upon millions of the world will suddenly flock to the church when the coming woes will come upon us all. Some say this someone---who is restraining or withholdeth as the KJV says is Michael the archangel. This cannot be. No where does God ever confirm this. Not one single time does He say that angels will be detrimental to complete the triumph of the Kingdom of God. Surely they have their part in the end times but Michael is the angelic prince who watches over Israel. These that claim this is Michael spoken of have never proven where in God's Word they get this from.
The title given to one of the chief angels Daniel 10:13 & 21 ~ 12:1. He had special charge of Israel as a nation. He disputed with Satan Jude 1:9 about the body of Moses. He is also represented as warning against that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world. Revelation 12:7 - 9. The angels job is not to deliver. Their job is to serve mankind as God gives them charge.
And we have to stand on this Truth---In the mouth of two or three witnesses is the Word of Truth confirmed. This attempt to grasp and understand these end time prophesies has to be confirmed by two or three witnesses or verses in His Word of Truth. Many just will not or they cannot accept the cold, hard Truth that God will remove His Spirit of Truth or His Lampstand from those who have usurped and perverted the grace of God and trashed the faith. This should set off an alarm in us. If we have a difficult time accepting a clear Truth then something or someone is masking this understanding.
Please look at this and hear---David believed the Spirit of the Lord could be removed from him. Look in Psalms 51:11 ~ Cast me not away from Thy presence; and take not Thy Holy Spirit from me.
And in Psalms 119:43 ~ And take not the Word of Truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in Thy judgments.
This Someone Who does the restraining of the son of perdition or the antichrist can only be One person and that Person IS the Spirit of Truth---the Holy Spirit Who enables the believer to understand and grasp the Truth of His Word. which IS the Lampstand the Light Bearer Who shines His Light upon the Truth. Please remember the Lampstand is an important key to understanding this subject. So in saying that, I'll try to finish this by building a second small foundation of understanding into these objects spoken of here.
Revelation 2: 5 says this ~ Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. This candlestick or lampstand as the Greek translation says and as I see it is the ability to believe or that which is the Bearer of the Light or the Truth of God’s Word. He Who shines the Light of Spiritual understanding upon His Word. Notice one little key word. The word above is His.
Zechariah 4: 1 - 6 (Amp) explains this fully. And I will paste witnesses for cross reference—--so please look these up for yourself. I believe you will get more out of it if you study yourself approved in this. Please listen and hear the following witnesses. They are crucial to the understanding of what I put forth here. ~ And the angel who talked to me came again and awakened me, like a man who is wakened out of his sleep.
2) And said to me, What do you see? I said, I see, and behold a lampstand all of gold, with its bowl [for oil] on the top of it and its seven lamps on it, and [there are] seven pipes to each of the seven lamps which are upon the top of it. Please take note of these witnesses that cross reference with these in Zechariah.---Matthew 5: 14 ~ Luke 12: 35 ~ Philippians 2: 25~ Revelation 1: 20
3) And there are two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl and the other on the left side of it [feeding it continuously with oil]. Revelation 11: 4 - 13
4) So I asked the angel who talked with me, What are these my lord?
5) Then the angel who talked with me answered me, Do you not know what these are? And I said, No, my lord.
6) Then he said to me, This [addition of the bowl to the candlestick, causing it to yield a ceaseless supply of oil from the olive trees] is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit [of Whom the oil is a symbol], says the Lord of hosts.
Notice the objects above. A single Lampstand made of pure gold---Seven individual lamps which are supported by this Lampstand----Two olive trees continuously filling the single bowl with oil---This bowl filled with oil has seven individual pipes leading to seven individual lamps and is continuously supplying these lamps with the oil---And this oil is symbolic of the Holy Spirit.
I don't believe I have to spell this out any clearer here. The Lampstand is supporting each of the seven lamps which are symbolic of a latter day church or fellowship. This Lampstand is He Who gives the authority to the church to be known as a church or a part of the body of Christ. Without the Lampstand to support or bear up the lamps--they will fail to give Light. And this Light is the Truth.
2 Peter 2: 1 - 3 speaks of men who will be part of this falling away ~ But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2) And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
3) And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
Also Jude speaks of these almost in the same words in verse 4 ~ For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
So this Someone Who does the restraining of the son of perdition or antichrist can only be One person and that Person IS the Spirit of Truth. The Lampstand is Who enables spiritual understanding. Doesn't the Holy Spirit do this?
Do you see what I see above? You can't miss it. This is the key to what or Whom this is that witholdeth or He Who restrains the son of perdition who is the anti-christ from coming on the scene. Once He--The Spirit of Truth is taken out of the way, the man of sin, the son of perdition, the spirit of lies, the anti christ will be able to do his dirty deeds without check or measure. And these deeds will be aimed at the church or those who claim allegiance only to Christ. Those who will be part of the apostate church.
By His grace alone; What I put forth here cannot be refuted using the only Standard that counts—--His Word of Truth. I believe it makes as much or more sense than anything put forth by these super apostles of the day. I believe it lines up with the complete understanding of the Kingdom of God and its speedy triumph in these final days. And if it cannot be disproved it will have to be considered to be a viable understanding.
So in conclusion----This is how I see it. God will be removing His Spirit from those who have previously been Spirit filled. He will do this because those of us who have not drawn close to the Spirit of Truth in these last days, will have in reality chose to believe a false truth---a false doctrine. A doctrine of devils which in part speaks in part of an escape from the trials and tests sent to prove and refine the saints. We will have chosen to draw close to a false peace. We will have chosen to draw close to and draw upon false and lying wonders in that it will in fact be possible that the very elect will be fooled by these wonders. These who draw close to these false understandings in these final days will have in essence have chosen to believe a cowardly doctrine and will actually be calling God a liar. The Abomination of Desolation will be a worship of these things in the very temple of the Holy Spirit in which we individually are.
