There is today and for that matter has been all down through time a concerted effort by darkness to corrupt and adulterate the Gospel of Christ. After all; By this Gospel we are saved and reconciled back to our Father God. Without this Gospel there would be no way to Him. This attempt to corrupt the Truth originated in the Garden and was even going on as our Lord Jesus was speaking it. Paul also had to deal with it continuously through his walk.I write this article because of the many teachers in the pulpit and on the TV today that are following the lead of darkness and have unfortunately fallen for and are preaching this other gospel or another jesus. They have fallen for the the old switcheroo trick. To get my point across, I will have to refer to two classes of preachers that I believe teach this other Jesus. The first teach another jesus because they truly believe that it is profitable to the organization called religion or to this entity that today calls itself the church. And if the church profits, more of the Gospel can go forth. They believe incorrectly that this Gospel of Christ cannot go forth unless it flies upon the wings of mammon. Most of these men and women sincerely believe this is the correct way to spread the Gospel of Christ. They truly do desire to further the cause of Christ, and because God is the only one who can look into our hearts at the hidden things they will be judged accordingly. Because their only endeavor is to advance this Gospel of Peace our Father will not hold all offences against them. But why do we always build these big guilded cathedrals we go to meet God in on Sundays and Wednesdays? And why is this always the very first part of a ministry? The more beautiful and ornate must be where the truth is preached, Right?
Most if not all in todays church have been taught that only a pastor or minister is capable of teaching correctly. This tactic keeps the pews full but the spirit empty. The greatest tragedy in all this is this form of teaching starves the sheep und keeps them under nourished because they aren't receiving Christ's Gospel. The lambs and the sheep are the ones who suffer, and that's why I write these pages. This is the same tactic used by some of these usurpers of God's grace that teach this in conjunction with the doctrine of demons known as the prosperity doctrine. There is well known organization that hails out of the Tulsa Oklahoma and Dallas ~ Ft. Worth area that I sadly refer to as the cult of the flesh. They're infamous for this doctrine, I truly do pray for them. I have first hand experience with this cult. The false grace message in no way is limited to this fellowship's pulpits though. This group of men and women know they preach lies, yet for the sake of mammon. This is just one of the many mutated breeds of the Gospel of Christ. I set these men up for notice right now---I will be confronting them personally one day when God allows.
Paul warns of these men who usurp God's grace several times throughout his walk, he knew these usurpers would be forever with us. 2 Cor.2: 17 (amp) For we are not, like so many, (hucksters making a trade of) peddling God's Word (shortchanging and adulterating the divine message); but like (men) of sincerity and the purest motive, as (commissioned and sent) by God, we speak (His message) in Christ (the Messiah), in the (very) sight and presence of God.
Paul also warns the church in his letter to Timothy about these men and women. 1 Tim.6: 5 ~ Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed. (2) And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort. (3) If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; (4) He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, (5) Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. (6) But godliness with contentment is great gain. Verse 5 descibes the cult of the flesh.
Jude also warns us about these men who pervert God's grace in verse 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and Our Lord Jesus Christ. Nowhere in God's Word did anyone ever preach a health, wealth, and peace gospel. I draw your attention to Gal. 1: 8 & 9. (8) But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other Gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. This was so great of an infraction that he repeated himself in verse nine.
In 2 Cor. 11: 1 - 33 (kjv) Paul is confronting the church because they, as usual with this church in Corinth, are snuggling up to another gospel a comfortable gospel and Paul is concerned that they are returning to paganism. Some want to be members of The First Church of Peter. Some wanted to congregate at The United Fellowship of Appollos. Others wanted to join The First Assembly of Paul. There's nothing new under the sun, tis the same today. In verse 4 he says, For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. He says in verses 13 - 15 , he actually starts in verse 12 to tell them he will not accept any offerings from them so he won't appear to be like those that are preaching for the money, or the hirelings. But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we. (13) For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. (14) And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. (15) Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
I liken this church in Corinth to the church in America today. If these so called ministers of righteousness were there in Paul's day: how can we think they won't be with us today? He says in verse 13 in the Amplified text ~ For such men are false apostles (spurious, counterfeits), deceitful workman, masquerading as apostles (special messengers) of Christ (the Messiah). We already know that many false apostles will be in our midst in these last days. Men and women who look exactly like true apostles. We had better be sure of who we listen and learn from. I submit, the only way we can be sure is if we go directly to the Source, which is Yashua Himself.
These two words other gospel or another Jesus means just that, a portion of the truth mixed in with lies. It would be better for them to teach only lies than to take away or add to His Holy Writ which is Christ Himself. This is where Satan is at his best. He cannot create anything. He can only pervert that which is already created. So it stands to very good reason that he would go after that which we stand on as Truth. Wouldn't you agree?
Paul says in Gal 5: 9 (kjv) A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. The Amplified text reads, A little leaven (a slight inclination to error, or a few false teachers) leavens the whole lump (it perverts the whole conception of faith or misleads the whole church). The favorite sport of these men and women is gleaning certain phrases, paragraphs, and sentences to put forth to the flock in order to mislead them into doing some dead work that will benefit the organization called religion. The one they use the most and is their favorite to bind men with is Mal. 3: 10. Not all do this intentionally, but as I said before, that will be of little consolation when all is said and done. Paul just said it only takes a very little yeast to make the whole loaf rise.
James 3: 3 (amp) says Not many (of you) should become teachers (self-constituted censors and reprovers of others), my brethren, for you know that we (teachers) will be judged by a higher standard and with greater severity (than other people; thus we assume the greater accountability and the more condemnation). These men and women that are supposed to be the shepherds of the sheep, but in reality are dressed in sheeps clothing, are feeding the sheep on a corrupt, adulterated doctrine based on a message of comfort and prosperity that totally comes against all that our Lord and the disciples taught. There is going to be a very steep price that will have to be paid for the misuse and abuse of the trust the sheep and lambs have shown towards these teachers. Ezekiel speaks of these men and women that camoflage the Truth with whitewash in Ezekiel 20: 1 - 31. You really ought to read it.
I understand how a believer can get wrapped up in this health, wealth and peace doctrine. It really is a very comfortable doctrine to believe. Comfortable to the flesh that is. There's very little Holy Spirit conviction of sin, rebellion or disobedience because the Holy Spirit has nothing to do with it. These teachers put an emphasis on the lie that you are in rebellion to God if you don't tithe or attend their church faithfully. There is a total proliferation of this teaching based on another lie that, Jesus wants your flesh to be as comfortable as it can be with worldly possesions. That He wants you to have all of the things of this world that you heart can lust after; and that He desires your physical body to be worshipped, and be in the very best of health. This is contrary to what Paul taught in 1 Cor.9: 27 (amp) But (like a boxer) I buffet my body (handle it roughly, discipline it with hardships) and subdue it, for fear that after proclaiming to others the Gospel and things pertaining to it, I myself should become unfit (not stand the test, be unapproved and rejected as a counterfeit). Paul knew that this is the way to make your flesh submit and prove to himself and most importantly to his brethren that he was walking the walk and not just talking the talk. This flesh that we walk around in is part of this physical world. This will not be the new mansion that our Lord said He was building for us. When this carnal vessel was conceived, it was headed back to the dirt, so why do we persist in embracing these lies that are being spewed forth in the guise of Truth?
Chasing after the healing of our body, is no different than lusting after immoral sex or worshipping false gods. God takes no thought for our physical well being. I say again, Yahweh takes no thought for our physical well being. No where in Scripture does He say that He does. He is only concerned with our spiritual health. In fact He will tribulate this body unto the very death of it, if need be, to benefit our spirit man and save our soul from hell. I truly do understand how easy it is, with this flesh always whining and crying that it wants this and that like a spoiled child. And a spoiled child that is used to getting what it wants is a task to be retrained to submit, as we that have little children well know. But we should rather glory in the things that make our flesh weak and conform to our spirit’s way of operating, than let our flesh dictate to us. And we can only accomplish this by His grace. Paul understood this as we should also, by now anyway.
This prosperity puke has really taken off since the early 70s. Before this, while the me generation was in full force, in the 60s, God was removed from our children’s everyday life. The worship of me isn't just reserved for the worldly. The church is very active at pursuing the gratification of the individual. You will never hear most admit it in the church though. They dodge the issue of laying all down to follow in His footsteps or worse yet claim they are in fact laying all else aside, but in reality their fruits tell the whole tale. Well I mean, why should they forsake all? Pastor is teaching them it's perfectly alright, in fact there is something wrong with your relationship with God if you're in lack, or if your sick or have some physical problem. They teach it is in fact akin to sin to even be sick if you are tribulating in any way. This completely goes against our Lord's own words in the Sermon on The Mount.
This preaching of another Jesus isn't just confined to these prosperity teachers either. It sends it's tentacles all down through mainstream religion into all sects and factions of the organization called religion. Some of this teaching includes the ~ Once saved always saved message. The ~ God commands you to tithe message. The ~ you must be baptized to be saved message. The ~ receiving Christ as Saviour is separate from the indwelling of The Holy Ghost message. And the curse of all curses, the secret or hidden rapture doctrine. All of these and many more are tied to the false grace message. And there are so many more untruths to numerous to list being put forth as the One True Gospel of Christ.
I am 44 years old, and I remember praying The Lord's Prayer every morning before The Pledge of Allegiance. Since then, me and self has taken precedence so much, that we started legally to butcher the unborn to this god of me. Which as we know is still going on. In this age we’re in, Satans' name is literally spoken more than Jesus's in any church service. If you don’t believe me turn on the TV where this doctrine of comfort, health and wealth is spewed forth and count how many times our Lord's name is spoken and how many times devil or demon is said. It is really sad. These brethren are more wrought with sparring with demons than worshipping in holiness. Brethren listen; Darkness has no qualms about obliging you and getting in the ring with you. This is what he does best. If all you're doing is sparring with demons; where do you have time to worship Yashua?
I believe with all my heart we are in the beginning of sorrows, and in the beginning days of the great tribulation. Matt.24: 8 (kjv). I believe that it started just before this age of technology started it’s super fast accent, at the beginning of this century. We have advanced further in the last 100 years than since the beginning of all recorded history. And our knowledge is growing exponentially. We are very quickly becoming mini-creators or like God. We are at the stage in development, if that is what you want to call it, where we don't need male sperm to create life. The genetic scientists extract DNA from a female lifeform, and then implant that DNA into a fertile female egg, and then implant the egg into another female womb, after the required gestation period, you have a perfect clone of the two female donors. Life from three females. This is not right Brethren any way you look at it. Just because we are able to do it doesn’t make it right to do. They are even flirting with the idea of cloning humans, so we can harvest the organs as ours wear out in an all out attempt to live forever. We have the technology to do this. This is a total rebellion against God's ways. This is mans ways directed by the devil, to use his own wisdom to usurp God's will in mankind's life.
We understand, that was the reason Adam and Eve were not allowed to partake of the Tree of Life after they had eaten from the Tree of Knowledge. In Gen. 3: 22 (amp) He says, And the Lord said, Behold, the man has become like one of us (The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit), to know (how to distinguish between) good and evil and blessing and calamity; and now, lest he put forth his hand and take also from the Tree of Life and eat, and live forever. And they were driven out. This sounds just like what I described above with the genetic scientists. We have become like Him, and in this we will lose our place at the Tree of Life spoken of in Rev. 22: 19.
From this moment forward in Genesis, mankind was spiritually separated from God until Yashua came. He came to reconcile us back to the Father by bringing obedience and Holy Spirit Faith with Him. It is very interesting to me that mankind’s relationship with our Father started with a tree and ends with the very same Tree. Look in Rev. 22: 19 (amp) And if anyone cancels or takes away from the statements of the book of this prophecy (these predictions related to Christ's Kingdom and its speedy triumph, together with the consolations and admonitions or warnings pertaining to them), God will cancel and take away from his share in The Tree of Life and in the city of holiness (purity and hallowedness), which are described and promised in this book. The King James Open Study Bible translates The Book of Life in chapter 19 as the Tree of Life. The Greek text also attests to this.
All of this was and is preordained and planned by our Father. As much as I don't hold completely to the doctrine of predestination, I do have to admit there are certain aspects to this doctrine that I don't fully understand, so I will let Him iron out all the details and only stand on that which I can see and understand. If Adam hadn't fallen, we would have no reason to know our precious Jesus. God put the serpent in the garden as the vessel of temptation. The tree of knowledge had all knowledge of good and evil or all things. But, at the same time, Adam and Eve had the complete free will to obey Yahweh or disobey Him. We know the outcome. The Calvinistic doctrine of predestination goes hand in hand with the doctrine that says we have no free will to obey or didobey. This too, is part of the false grace message. I will have an article up shortly dealing with that.
This referrence to the word know is the same word that is used when Adam knew his wife or it is as having intimate relations with knowledge. Gen. 4: 1, Adam knew his wife and she conceived Cain. Gen.4: 17, And Cain knew his wife, and she conceived, and she bare Enoch. So as far as the church is concerned, we have been having an intimate relationship with knowledge, thus my argument, todays Church is an adulteress and a harlot.. Another interesting point is that Cain is really the son of Satan. How does that one grab ya? I'll be asserting to explain that one also in the near future.
These teachers of this prosperity doctrine, are so wrought up and preoccupied with the devil this and the devil that, they don't hear that every time they speak his name they are in reality giving him praise and attention. Doesn’t it make sense that the thing you are most attentive to, and the thing that you say the most is what you will have. These prosperity teachers are always preaching just speak it and it will be so. Jesus taught forms of this many times ~ Matt.8: 5 - 13 ~ 9: 5 ~ Mk.11: 23, Say unto the mountain. These are just 3 of many times our Lord emphasized say, sayest, or saying. Look in you concordance and count them. So if they are teaching the name of the devil by much saying it, they are truly teaching doctrines of demons ~ 1 Tim.4:1 ~ Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times, some shall depart from the faith, giving heed or giving attention to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. The devil wasn't supposed to have anything to do with the church, whatsoever. The church has invited him in and is praising him for all his works. He doesn't even have to do anything.
Todays' church is so demon and devil preoccupied, just speaking his name is enough. He knows who really has authority over him. And it's not these misguided brethren that give him glory. He has no authority over Christs' Body, but with all the denominational ~ non - denominational ~ inter - denominational splits in the church, it has ceased to be His Body. This ought not to be so. Paul confronted the same situation in 1 Corinthians the first 3 chapters. As I said above; Some wanted to join the United Fellowship of Paul ~ Some wanted to become members at The First Assembly of Peter ~ some wanted to join the First Appollos Church of Corinth. This is a shame, brethren.
I used to think there were different kinds of faith, like the faith to believe our Father for our salvation was different than the faith to receive something we’re lusting after carnally like wealth and health. But Eph. 4: 4 - 7 says ~ There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; (5) one Lord, one Faith, and one baptism, (6) One God and Father of all, Who is above all, and through all and in all. (7) But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. The whole key to operating in and abiding in the faith is whether our word of confession lines up with God's will. There are certain things in God's Kingdom that go without saying with Him, salvation, grace, sactification, etc. These are the things that are already in His perfect will for us. If our will aligns with His, then His perfect will allows us to harvest the fruit of righteousness that will lead to more righteousness. As I stated in the first subject ~ That Your Fruit Should Remain ~ Each piece of fruit contains many seeds in itself that are able to clone the parent tree.
If our will misaligns with His perfect will, yet is in line with His permissive will, we will harvest seeds of righteousness, not fruit. These seeds we will have to replant in order to harvest. It takes longer to achieve what He wanted for us in the first place, but most of us have to go down the rocky path at one time or another, and plant our seeds in the stones to learn, Mk.4: 5. James 3: 18 (amp) says And the harvest of righteousness (of comformity to God's will in thought and deed) is (the fruit of the seed) sown in peace by those who work for and make peace (in themselves and in others, that peace which means concord, agreement and harmony between individuals, with undesturbedness, in a peaceful mind free from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts).
A good example that I can think of God's permissive will is when He allowed the Israelites to have meat after their incessant complaining about the food He dropped from heaven everyday. What came from this wasn't quite what they expected. His perfect will for them was to live each day sustained only by His grace, no complaining, no murmuring. I must say this here, faith is not something we can use like a celestial credit card. Just run it through the scanner and we have what we want. When we petition our Father for anything, we must always end it the same way our Lord Jesus ended His prayer, Nevertheless, not my will Father, but Yours be done. If we don't we might end up with a very long trek through a very dry wilderness.
Borrowing something from a brother, describing faith and the good works thereof ~ Faith is a living, daring confidence on God's grace, so sure and certain that a man would stake his life on it a thousand times. This confidence in God's grace and knowledge of it makes men glad and bold and happy in dealing with God and all His creatures; and this is the work of the Holy Ghost in faith. It does not ask whether there are good works to do, but before the question rises; it has already done them, and is always at the doing of them. He who doesn't do these works is a faithless man. Therefore a man is ready and glad, without compulsion, to do good work to everyone, to serve everyone, to suffer everything, in love and praise God, Who has shown him this grace; and thus it is impossible to separate works from faith, quite as impossible to separate heat and light from fires. Beware, of your own false notions and of the idle talkers, who would be wise enough to make decisions about faith and good works, and yet are the greatest fools. Pray God to work faith in you; else you will remain forever without faith, whatever you think or do.
Now there is a perversion of grace that is going on now as it was in Jude 3 - 5 ~ Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the Faith which was once (and for all) delivered unto the saints.(4) For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. (5) I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that The Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. Notice what Yahweh says here concerning the false grace message, He says having once put forth His grace to save those from bondage in Egypt, He didn't hesitate to destroy those very same ones for losing faith and falling from His grace. The purveyors that preach the false grace message would very well to sit up and take notice here. Although, they always have an answer to back up this false message. I'll get into that later.
2 Pet.2: 1 - 4,in the Amplified translation puts it almost in the exact words as Jude, ~ But also (in those days) there arose false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among yourselves, who will subtly and stealthily introduce heretical doctrines (destructive heresies), even denying and disowning the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. (2) And many will follow their immoral ways and lascivious doings; because of them the True Way will be maligned and defamed. (3) And in their covetousness (lust, greed) they will exploit you with false (cunning) arguments. From of old the sentence (of condemnation) for them has not been idle; their destruction (eternal misery) has not been asleep. (4) For God did not (even) spare angels that sinned, but cast them into hell, delivering them to be kept there in pits of gloom till the judgment and their doom.
I will say this right here and I know the teeth will grind, just as surely that there are some ordained for paradise, there are vessels predestined for everlasting death. Rms.9: 21 - 23 ~ Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor? (22) What if God, willing to show His wrath, and to make His power known, endured with much long-suffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: (23) And that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which had afore prepared unto glory. Notice in the witnesses in Jude ~ These prophets were saved and bought by Yeshua, yet were destined for perdition from the git go. As I said above; I in no way fully understand this concept of predestination, and I don't fully discount it, but I do know that Yahweh knows the end from the beginning. As I said; I'll let Him iron out all the details.
We are going to have to completely relearn how to operate in His Kingdom because of all the leaven or corrupt doctrine that's been spread. For some, it will be too late. Our Lord is calling men and women that are ready to lay it all down for Yashua. Most will not have the spiritual strength because we have babied and coddled our flesh for so long. Like it or not brethren, even Jesus had to walk around in a body just like ours in His ministry. But the difference between our walk and His is He gave no thought for gratifying His flesh in any way. He never gave His flesh what it was whining for. Rms.13:14 ~ But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. Rms.15: 3 ~ For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.
All the signs foretell we are headed into very perilous and dangerous times. Only the spiritually strong will endure, and there is going to be very few or only a remnant of them. Not that many will be able to squeeze onto the Narrow Way. Matt. 24: 8 - 14 ~ All these are the beginning of sorrows. (9) Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated by all nations for my names sake. (10) And then shall many be offended, (stumble) and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. (11) And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. (12) And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. (13) But he that shall endure to the end, the same shall be saved. (14) And this Gospel of the Kingdom (Gospel of Faith) shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then the end shall come.
If many false prophets will arise; many true prophets will arise also. Our Lord always balances His Kingdom. The True Gospel, The Gospel of suffering for Christ's sake has not been preached yet, or I should say, it is just beginning to be preached and understood by a few. It was at one time preached by the old holiness preachers. This very same Gospel that our Lord preached and taught in the Sermon on the Mount, has yet to be preached today to all nations. Matt.5: 3 - 12 This Gospel of blessed are the poor in spirit, blessed are they that mourn, blessed are the meek, blessed are they that do hunger and thirst for righteousness, blessed are the merciful, blessed are the pure in heart, blessed are the peacemakers, blessed are they that are persecuted for righteousness sake, blessed are ye, when men revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for His sake.
This is the key Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. I'm not in any way saying we are to go and seek to martyr or abuse ourselves for His sake. I am saying we are to walk amongest this dying world and be an example, and be willing to suffer and be persecuted in all ways for His sake. Being ready in season and out to preach the one True Gospel of Christ. We have to follow His example. This Gospel that has yet to be preached is usurped by a corrupt doctrine spewed forth in it's place.
We are in for more natural catastrophes and things that have never been witnessed since the beginning of time. Take the movies that recently came out of a comet or a stray asteroid hitting the earth, there isn’t enough money or gold that will help us to recover and according to God's Word, this event probably will happen soon. Mankind and science won't be able to save us. Also, it is inevitable, we will witness nuclear, biological, and chemical terrorism in our generation. What will we do then if we have relied on mammon to save us?
Most in the church will agree we are in the last days. If this is so, then we have to believe God's Word when He says in Matt. 24: 37 - 39 (amp) ~ As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. (38) For just as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, (men) marrying and (women) being given in marriage, until the (very) day when Noah went into the ark, (39) And they did not know or understand until the flood came and swept them all away--so will be the comimg of the Son of Man. This has to be taken with Gen 6: 5 (amp) The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination and intention of all human thinking was only on evil continually. For most of us even in the church as God's Word just said, it will be too late to cry out to God, because we have been serving false gods all this time, the god of this world ~ mammon. Knowledge won't help us then. So get ready brethren, we are in for a very rough ride. We as Noah have an Ark today. The Ark of the New Covenant. I submit Yahweh would well have welcomed someone else building another ark alongside Noah.
We are very near brothers and sisters, to the great predicted falling away of those that claim to love and obey God, 2 Thess. 2: 3 this links with Matt. 24: 10 I won't elaborate on it here, but I do hope to have subject up in the future about this apostasy. And this is the reason, We will be separated like it or not. No where in God's Word does He say Jesus came to unite us all. He came as a winnower, to separate the wheat from the chaff, the sheep from the goats, the believers from the hard of heart, the tares from the wheat. Lk.3: 17 ~ Jn.9: 39 ~ Matt.10: 34 - 38 (amp) Do not think that I have come to bring peace; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. (35) For I have come to part asunder a man from his father, and a daughter from her mother, and a newly married wife from her mother-in-law. (36) And a man’s foes will be they of his own household. (37) He who loves (and takes more pleasure in) father or mother more than (in) Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves (and takes more pleasure in) son or daughter more than (in) Me is not worthy of Me. (38) And he who does not take up his own ordained cross and follow Me (cleave steadfastly to Me, conforming wholly to My example in living and, if need be, in dying also) is not worthy of Me.
Our Lord has to be very sad. At the same time He most assuredly is very angry at the fact the church (His appointed bride) does not or will not understand this. As He was when He confronted all of the Pharisaic legalists who weighed men down with heavy burdens but failed to carry any themselves. Yeshua didn’t enjoy calling these men snakes vipers and tearing up one side of them and down the other. I hear so much in web-roaming these words, That’s what our church teaches, or that’s what my pastor teaches. Listen brethren, you are not going to get into eternity with our Lord on what your church understands or hears. And you had better be sure it's Truth that your pastor teaches, as we will be held accountable for what we hear, understand, believe and stand on. The old addage of what you don't know won't hurt you, doesn't apply here.
Most pastors and teachers do truly have a heart for Jesus, but in their case as leaders of the flock, this will be a very weak excuse when they don't teach the Gospel of Christ. And unless they teach the doctrine of obedience unto the faith, they are binding you up with heavy burdens and laws that they themselves will not bear. These are the same men and women that give tithe sermons and solicit love offerings from the sheep who can't even pay their rent. These are the same men and women that will live in 200,000 dollar homes while the lambs have their lights turned off because of financial difficulties. This ought not to be so.
Matt.23: 1 - 39 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, (2) Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat: (3) All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. This could be your pastor, he teaches you about trusting God for all things, yet he regularly gives tithe sermons, so the needs of the ministry can be met. They say they need money to sustain the spread of the Gospel of Christ. Where's the trust in God? Our Father doesn't need money to spread the Gospel. He needs sweat and blood. We cannot continue to trust in God and mammon at the same time.
Lk. 11: 46 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. Has your pastor laid it all down for Jesus? Does he tell you all the things you have to do to be righteous before God, yet he himself doesn't do them? How much is his house and properties worth? This is a man that should have laid it all down and live modestly. How comfortable of a life does he or she have? I understand why the flock will allow a man like this to live a cushy lifestyle. It allows them to live the same and there not be any conviction. These men and women are to be imitators of Paul as he says in 1 Cor. 4: 16.
Matt. 23: 2 - 9 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, (6) And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, (7) And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. Pastor, Pastor (8) But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. (9) And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. (10) Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. This also means Pastor or Teacher. (11) But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. (12) And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. Does your shepherd demand an inordinate amount of respect from you as his brethren ? (13) But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees (Theologins and Ministers), hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
This is done today by much teaching done from the head and not the Spirit of God. Anytime you see scribes or Pharisees you always have to translate it to Theologins or Pastors. Organized religion has gotten very good at picking and gleaning all the scripture that attests to God's blessings. What about God allowing the curses to come upon man? These prosperity peddlers say God doesn't allow curses. My God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He allowed cursing yesterday for disobedience and sin, He still curses today for the same infractions. (14) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretense make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation. (15) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, (new convert) and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves. This truly sounds familiar. Fill the pews with new converts. (16) Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor! (17) Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold? (18) And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty. (19) Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift? (20) Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon. (21) And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein. (22) And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon. (23) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
This is the only time tithe is mentioned in the New Covenant. And it is not a command to tithe like some would say it is. Jesus is saying, You tithe and neglect what is important, or you tithe instead of seeking judgement, mercy and Faith. (24) Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel. (25) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. (26) Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. (27) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. (28) Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. (29) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchers of the righteous, (30) And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. (31) Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. (32) Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. (33) Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? (34) Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: (35) That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. (36) Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. (37) O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! (38) Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
(39) For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. All of this is happening today. All of these prophesies Jesus spoke aren't directed at the world, they are spoken to todays church. We had better wake up out of this religious, churchy, pious slumbering stupor and get back to holiness brethren. There will be no Kingdom of Heaven for us if we don't.
I BID YOU HEART PEACE AND SPIRITUAL BLESSING IN CHRIST JESUS!
