Maple Syrup Pie

1 1/2 cups maple syrup----------------------------------------------3 Tablespoon Flour

1 egg, beaten------------------------------------------------------- 1 tablespoon Water.

Mix all together well, and pour into 8 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or a knife comes out clean......Serve with Whipped Cream.

 

Carrot Zucchini Bar Cookies with Cream cheese Frosting

2/3 cup packed brown sugar----------------------------------------1/2 cup butter

1 pkg. 3 oz. Cream cheese------------------------------------------1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla---------------------------------------------------1 1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder------------------------------------------ 1/4 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup grated zucchini---------------------------------------------- 1/2 cup raisins

2/3 cup grated carrots

Grease a 9X9X2 inch pan. Beat together butter, cream cheese and sugars in a large bowl till fluffy. Beat in Vanilla and egg. Beat in flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until well blended, stir in zucchini, carrots and raisins. Spoon into pan and spread evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 3-oz pkg Cream cheese-------------------------------------------1/2 cup confectionary sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Spread over zucchini-carrots cookies while warm.

 

 

No Bake Cookies

 

2 cups sugar----------------------------------------------------------1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup milk----------------------------------------------------------2 cups oatmeal

4 tablespoon cocoa---------------------------------------------------1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup walnuts (optional)--------------------------------------------1/2 cup raisins(optional)

1/2 cup coconut(optional)

 

Bring Sugar, Margarine and Milk to a Boil. Boil for 2 minutes... Remove from Stove, stir in Oatmeal,

Cocoa, salt and Vanilla. If you want to add the optional add them now..... Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper....These are best when you add the raisins, nuts and coconut.....
