Adaline Thayer is listed on two census sheets. One on June 6, 1900 taken by Frederick D. Thayer and on the June 7, 8, 9, 1900 sheet taken by Charles P. Harrson. The only conclusion that I (Robert L. Coto) can come to is she was visiting James F. Thayer on June 6th. She is listed with James F. Thayer as head of the house and as his daughter-in-law. She must have been home with her husband James H. Thayer on June 7th, 8th & 9th, 1900 where he is listed as head of the house and she is listed as wife.
Both sheets have her as birth Sept. 1862. The June 6th sheet has her as age 37 married 4 years the mother of 1 child and 1child living. The June 7th, 8th, & 9th sheet has her as age 38 married 5 years and the mother of 4 children with 1 living.
I also conclude that two (2) different people gave the information on both sheets.
