My biological father is Calvin Curlee. All I know about him is that he lives in Kilgore, Texas. He was in the Navy in 1965, the year I was born, I know this only because I was born at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland. My sisters name is Helen Elaina Curlee Carter. Her name was that of one of his relatives, I'm not sure which relative. I am trying to get started on plotting my family tree but it has been dificult because I was addapted. From information on another website, I thought you might be related to the Edgeworth family. My grandfather, Frederick Edgeworth, was born in Ontario in the 1890's. I knew everyone in the family, but could never go any farther back then his name. I onc saw his mother when I was very young, but do not know what her name was. Nobody that I know in the family was never interested in tracing it, so they have been no help. His first wife was Margaret, and they had 2 children, Jean and Margaret (born betwe n 1915 and 1917). His second wife was named Norma, and they had 5 children - Frederick, Patricia, Elizabeth, Richard, and Paul (Paul was born around 1939.) My Grandfather's siblings names were Annie, Zack, Ed, and William. There may have been another brother. They were all born and lived in Ontario. I have been trying to find my Grandmothers name. It may have been Margaret McLellan (or McClellan, or McLelland, or McClelland, or something like that. She had a sister named Libby and there was an Aunt named Octavia or Olivia. There was also a Russel Edgeworth who moved to Tennessee from Ontario. I think he was born in the 1920's. If you can give me any help, I would appreciate it. Thanks JoAnne heuschel@pilot.msu.edu
