Does your Life Need A Change??

The Bible tells us that the Kingdom of God is like a party, and there is no greater celebration than when an individual decides to enter into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ!

You see, Religion is spelled D-O, because it consists of the things people DO to try to somehow gain God's Forgiveness and Favor. But the problem is that you never know when you've done enough. It's like being a salesman who knows he must meet a quota without ever being told what it is. You can never be sure that you've actually done enough. Worse yet, the Bible tells us in Romans 3:23 that we can NEVER do enough. On our own, we will always fall short of God's perfect standard.

Thankfully, Christianity is spelled differently. It's spelled D-O-N-E, which means that we could never do for ourselves, Christ has already done for us. He lived the perfect life we could never live, and He willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty we owed for the wrongs we've done. To become a Christian is to humbly receive God's gift of Forgiveness and to commit to following His leadership. When we do that, He adopts us into His family, and begins to change us from the inside out!

If you're ready to make this decision, then here's 2 things you can do.

(1) If you know that GOD Truly does Love You, and you know that you are a sinner (which means your sins are keeping you separated from GOD) along with also knowing that Jesus Christ is GOD's Only provision for your sin, Then you can receive Jesus Christ as Your Savior and Lord. GOD knows Your Heart and is not so concerned with your words as HE is with the Attitude of Your Heart! If your ready to receive HIM then pray the following prayer:

"Dear Lord Jesus, I need You in my life and I Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I ask for forgiveness of my sins and I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Please take control of my life and make me the kind of person You want me to be. Amen."

Once you have made this choice, then the second thing you should do is tell someone about it and allow one of these churches listed in the directory to celebrate your decision with you. Search through the directory and find a church in your area, then call the Pastor of the Church or the Church itself and introduce yourself. All of these churches are willing to help you with your New Life with Christ!
