THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY "SAFETY" ADMINISTRATION
Today, Sept. 21, 1998, the National Highway Safety Administration was to make their final decision on Daytime Running Lights.
We can only hope that all the complaints they recieved from

gave them pause to think and do what is really correct.
