1. My Index to Drake names This is an index to Drakes listed in the Books of Remberance located in the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The books list those who died serving their country. These books cover World War I, World War II, Korean War, people from Newfoundland in WWI and WWII in the Newfoundland Book of Remembrance, South Africa 1899-1902, The Nile 1884-1885, and those in the Merchant Navy during WWI and WWII. There are 36 Drakes listed. I have checked all pages where Drakes might be listed as well as addendums. My maternal Grandfather, Earl J. Drake, is among those listed.
