			      JOHN BURKE

The funeral for John 'Jack' Burke, 73, was at 10 a.m. Monday in St.
Patrick's Cathoic Church, Delmar, with burial in the church cemetery.
Mr. Burke died Saturday at Mercy Hospital, Davenport.

He was born March 23, 1902, in Charlotte to John and Rosa Maloney Burke.
He married Rosemary Farrell June 4, 1934, in Delmar and was a retired 
farmer and carpenter.

Survivors include his widow; a sister, Mrs. John (Charlotte) Collins, 
Davenport, and a half brother, Louis Brown, Fulton, N.Y.
