Seth Kolosik, 14 Funeral services for Seth W. Kolosik, 14, North English, were held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 12 ,at English Valleys High School, North English. He died Friday, June 9, 2000, of injuries sustained in an auto accident in North English. The Rev. Chester Render officiated at the services. Burial was in the North English Cemetery. A memorial fund ahs been established. Powell Funeral Home, North English, was in charge of arrangements. Seth William Kolosik was born April 10, 1986, in Iowa City, the son of Dr. Gary and Sharon Roller Kolosik. He was currently a freshman at English Valleys High School, where he participated in baseball, football, basketball, track, chorus and golf. He was an honor roll student, served on the student council, enjoyed playing the piano and was a member of the Liberty Leaders 4-H club. He addended the New Life Fellowship Charismatic Church, Keswick, with his parents. Seth enjoyed hunting at his second home, his cabin and pond, the Pond Erosa. Seth was energetic, fun loving and lived life to the fullest. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. He is survived by his parents; one sister, Sarah Kolosik, Iowa City; two brothers, Aron Kolosik, and wife Ayla, Iowa City, and Adam Kolosik, at home; a special cousin, Becki Austin, Williamsburg; his grandparents, Lynn and Norma Kolosik and Dr. Jay D. and Belle Roller, all North English; aunts and uncles Tracy Kolosik, Memphis, Tenn.; Vickie and Bob Parker, and their family, Shannon and Jeff Stillwell, Parker, Ben and Abbie, and Katie and Mark MacMillan; Elaine Roller Wildeboer and her family, Dustin, Travis and Bridget Wildeboer; James and Leslie Roller and their family, Micah, Alyssa and Mariah Roller, and a host of friends.
