Mrs. Andrew Pirnie Mrs. Andrew (Margaret R.) Pirnie, 59, a Tacoman for 30 years, died Monday at her home, 4615 No. Huson St. Mrs. Pirnie, a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was a member of Holy Cross church and the Altar society. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Gordon and John, and a daughter, Druanne, all of Tacoma; two brothers, the Rev. William Fitzgerald of Everett and Alben of Cedar Rapids, and two sisters, Mrs. Herbert Hansen of Cedar Rapids and Sister Mary Florence of the Sisters of Mercy in Chicago. Pirnie, 71, of 4615 No. Huson St., died yesterday in a local hospital. Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he had lived here 36 years. A retired machinist, he was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church. Survivors include two sons, John and Gordon Pirnie, both of Tacoma; a daughter, Miss Druanne Pirnie, also of Tacoma, and three grandchildren. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Holy Cross Church, with the cortege leaving the Gaffney Mortuary at 8:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
