Following the ceremony at 10:30, the bride's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Ray E. Hayward, 1018 6th St. N.W. were hosts at a dinner for the bridal party & members of the immediate families. A reception for 200 guests was given at 2 o'clock in the Knights of Columbus hall. For her wedding the bride wore a gown of delustered satin trimmed with re-embroidered Alencon lace. It was styled with a chapel train. A headpiece of silk roses held her blusher veil of illusion & her cascade bouquet had pompons centered with an orchid. Miss Jolene R. Hayward was her sister's maid of honor. She wore a dress of willow green slipper satin and a portrait veil held by a matching satin coronet. She carried a cascade of gold & bronze pompons. John R.
