Temecula John Lawlor Services for John Lawlor, 50, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Temecula. He died of a heart attack on Saturday. Burial will be in Temecula Cemetery. The arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary in Sun City. Mr. Lawlor was born in Los Angeles and had been a resident of Temecula for 11 years. He served in the Navy from 1977 to 1988. He worked for the United States Postal Service for 32 years where he was acting postmaster of Hemet, Redlands, Riverside and Perris. Mr. Lawlor enjoyed fishing and was a Knight of the Royal Coachman. He is survived by his wife, Ann of Temecula; his parents, Edward of Pasadena and Jeanne of Glendale; three daughters, Becky, Erin and Jennifer of Temecula; two sons, Michael and Patrick of Temecula; three brothers, Brian of Sacramento, Thomas of North Hollywood, and Timothy of Studio City; and two sisters, Deborah Camarda of Issaguah, Wash., and Diane Sirot of Paris. The family suggests donations to St. Catherine's Catholic Church building fund, 41875 C St., Temecula, CA 92590.
