DR. DONEGAN OF PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL DIES Deceased Name: Dr. Justin M. Donegan Dr. Justin M. Donegan, 44, of 245 Sheridan rd., Kenilworth, chairman of the Presbyterian hospital department of ophthalmology and associate professor of ophthalmology at the University of Illinois medical school, died yesterday in Presbyterian hospital. Mass will be said at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow in SS. Faith, Hope, and Charity church, 191 Linden av., Winnetka. He also was a staff member of St. Joseph's hospital. Dr. Donegan, a graduate of the University of Iowa medical school, was a member of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He leaves his widow, Catherine; two daughters, Patricia and Catherine; four sons, Michael, Dennis, Brian, and Kevin; his mother, two brothers, and a sister. Mrs. Donegan lived most of her life on the North Shore, as a Wilmette resident for the past six years, 23 years in Glencoe, 16 years in Kenilworth and 15 years in Evanston. She was born in Chicago and raised in Burlington, Iowa. While attending her alma mater, the University of Wisconsin in Madison, she met her husband, Justin M. Donegan. Mrs. Donegan was a homemaker and mother. She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia of Chicago and Catherine (the late William) of Winnetka; three sons, Dennis (Daphne) of Oakland, Calif., Brian (Martha) of Washington, D.C. and Kevin (Kathy) of Northbrook; and 10 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Justin. A funeral Mass was celebrated Nov. 30 at Sts. Faith, Hope and Charity Church in Winnetka. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Burlington, Iowa.
