Last will and testament of T. Q. Matthews In the name of God Amen I Tunstal Quarles Matthews of Sterling in the County of Johnson and State of Nebraska: Being of sound mind do hereby declare this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time past. First: I direct that my just debts be paid by Executors herein after named as soon after my death as may by them be found convenient. Second: I hereby give to my wife Harriet a life estate in one half of all my Real Property and in all Real Property in which I hold any Estate at my decease. I also give to my said wife the use of one half of all my personal property. Third: I hereby give to my daughter Mary Matthews all my real and personal property subject only to provision "Second" herein. Fourth: I hereby appoint my wife Harriet and my daughter to be executors of this my will. In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand this 6th day of June AD 1875. ___________________________ On this the 6th day of June AD 1875 the said Tunstal Quarles Matthews signed the forgoing instrument in our presence declaring it to be his last Will and Testament and as witnesses thereof we have in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names. signed, Abner C. Dollarhide being duly sworn says that the above is the last will and testament of T. Q. Matthews to which he is one of the witness of the execution and declaration thereof and believe the same was made voluntarily and the testator was of sound mind and executed and declared the same to be his last will and testament without any undue influence.
