THOMAS MORGAN WILL I Thomas Morgan of sound mind do make and publish this my last will and testament. Item 1; I order that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid. Item 2; I give and devise unto my son Thomas A. Morgan the following described real estate situated in Keouk County, State of Iowa to wit: Eighty acres off of the north side of the south west fractional quarter of section number thirty -30- township number seventy seven -77- north of range number -11- west 5th parallel, also the north ten -10- acres. Being ten acres off the north side of the south east quarter of the south west 1/4 of section number nineteen -19- township number seventy seven -77- north of range number eleven -11- west of the 5th parallel. Item 3; I give and devise unto my daughter Almira Carmichael the following described real estate, situated in Keokuk County, State of Iowa to wit: The west half of so much of the south west fractional quarter of section number thirty -30- township number seventy seven -77- north of range number eleven -11- west as is not devised to my said son Thomas A. Morgan in the foregoing paragraph or item hereof, also, fifteen acres off of the south side of the south east 1/4 of the south west 1/4 of section number fourteen -14- township number seventy seven -77- north of range number -11- west of the 5th parallel. Item 4; I give and devise unto my daughter Nancy Jane Johnson the following described real estate situated in Keokuk County, State of Iowa, to wit; The east half of so much of the south west 1/4 of section number thirty -30- township number seventy seven -77- north of range number eleven -11-west of the 5th parallel as is not devised aforesaid to my son Thomas A. Morgan and except also so much thereof as is included in the town plot of the town of Webster, also fifteen acres off of the north side of the south thirty -30- acres of the south east of the south west 1/4 of section number sevevteen -17- township number seventy seven -77- north of range number eleven -11- west of the 5th parallel.
