Adams St., died yesterday in West Palm Beach, Fla. He became a limited partner in the company in 1958 when he retired and moved to Palm Beach. He established the Chicago office of the firm in 1907, and became a partner in 1917. Mr. Skinner was a past president of the old Chicago Stock exchange, now the Midwest Stock exchange. Mr. Skinner leaves a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Fellenz; and two grandchildren. Private services will be held today in Palm Beach. Chicago Tribune (IL) - September 14, 1962 Mrs. Paul B. She was the wife of Paul B. Skinner, a limited partner and former senior resident partner in Chicago of Hornblower & Weeks, investment house. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Louis J. Fellenz, and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Giblin. Private services will be held tomorrow in West Palm Beach.
