Bernard Kolsto

Bernard Kolsto,75, of Milford, Ohio, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died
Monday in his son's Milford home after a long illness. There will be
no public services. Inurnment in Atlanta, Ga.

Survivors include a son, Bernard Leroy; and two brothers, Wayne of
Cedar Rapids and Orville of West Palm Beach, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois; a daughter, Janet; and his parents.

			   Wayne L. Kolsto

Wayne L. Kolsto,77, of 2429 Wisconsin St. SW, died Wednesday, Jan. 10,
1996, in Mercy Medical Center of heart failure and diabetes. Services:
10 a.m. Saturday, Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home, by the Rev. Walter
May. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral
home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; a daughter, Carol Kay DeVilder of
Brooklyn, Iowa; a son, Larry of Cedar Rapids; and a brother, Orville
of West Palm Beach, Fla.

Also surviving are nine grandchildren, Robin Weiland, Rhoda Coonrod,
Renae Polton, Rick Houser, Rone Frahm, Kimberly Kolsto, Kathryn
Kolsto, Daniel Kolsto and Kristin Kolsto; five great-grandchildren,
Jennifer Coonrod, Justin Coonrod, Christine Polton, Justine Frahm and
Cheyenne Frahm; his dogs, Lady and Boots; and cat, Wendy.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jay Allen Kolsto; his parents; and
a brother, Bernard.

Born Oct. 19, 1918, in Newhall, Iowa, to Norman I. and Marjorie Riech
Kolsto, he married Barbara Dlouhy April 15, 1939. He was employed as a
Class A machinist at Iowa Precision. Wayne and Barbara were also
antique dealers for the last 30 years. He was a member of First
Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids.

Memorials may be made to Camp Courageous of Iowa or the Heart Fund.
