    NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
    PROBATE NO. ESPR3822 IN THE IOWA DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR TAMA
    COUNTY IN THE ESTATE OF DE VERE A. FAHLING, DECEASED. To All
    Persons Interested in the Estate of De Vere A. Fahling, Deceased,
    who died on or about February 8th, 2001: You are hereby notified
    that on the 16th day of February, 2001, the undersigned was
    appointed administrator of the estate. Notice is hereby given that
    all persons indebted to the estate are requested to make immediate
    payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against
    the estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named
    district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for
    allowance, and unless so filed by the later to occur of four
    months from the second publication of this notice or one month
    from the date of mailing of this notice (unless otherwise allowed

		       Maryann Novotny Ferguson

Maryann Novotny Ferguson, 64, of Muscatine, formerly of Tama, died of
cancer Thursday, Nov. 24, 1994, in her home. Services: 11
a.m. Tuesday, Harrison Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to
8 p.m. today, and where the family will be present from 6:30 to 8
tonight. The Rev. Keith Birch of St. Patrick's Catholic Church will
officiate. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery, Tama.

Survivors include her husband, Larry; a daughter, Debbie Plowman of
Grinnell; a son, Jeff Novotny of Tama; a brother, DeVere Fahling of
Tama; and a sister, Ramona Currier of Muscatine.

		     Lawrence "Larry" F. Ferguson

Lawrence "Larry" F. Ferguson, 72, of Marshalltown, died Monday, April
25, 2005, in Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center after a lengthy
illness. Graveside services: 3 p.m. Thursday, Oak Hill Cemetery, Tama,
by Pastor Dewey Grimes. Friends may call from 2 p.m.  until service
time Thursday at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama.

Survivors include his mother, June Ferguson of Austin, Minn.; three
brothers, Charles Ferguson of Austin, Minn., Alvin Ferguson of Elmore,
Minn., and Ronald Ferguson of Austin, Minn.; two sisters, Phyllis
Keyser of Virginia and Marion Wilke of Austin, Minn.; a stepson, Jeff
Novotny of Tama; and a stepdaughter, Debbie Plowman of Grinnell.
