Said executor further shows to the court that Levi Scott, Lucinda Scott, James P. Scott, Caleb Scott, Samuel Scott, and Reuben A. Scott, are each entitled to the undivided one seventh of said estate, or one hundred dollars each and that Barclay M. Scott, Avesta F. Scott, and E. Challen Scott are each entitled to the undivided one third of the undivided one seventh of said Estate or Thirty three dollars and thirty three and one third cents. As shown by vouchers no. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 &14. That they are the only heirs of said decedant. Said executor shows to the court that he has paid out all the monies that has come into his hands belonging to said estate except the sum of $17.39 which he asks be allowed him for his services as such executor and he asks that he be fully discharged from any further liability on account of said trust.
