LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF A. F. SCOTT. I, A. F. Scott, being of the age of 71 years, and of sound and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First: It is my will that any life insurance which may be payable to my executor or my estate shall be used, so far as may be required, towards the expense of probating this will and the expense of administration of my estate, and for payment of my funeral expense and expense of my last illness. Second: Subject to the foregoing provision I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my grandson Albert Mervin Coxe, Son of my daughter Ona, all the property of which I may die seized or possessed, real, personal and mixed, and including monies and credits and the proceeds of any and all life insurance policies mentioned in the foregoing paragraph after paying said expenses therein enumerated, all of said property to be his absolutely and in fee simple. Third: I hereby appoint Ona Coxe Patterson to be the executor of this last will and testament, and direct that she be appointed without bond.
