Shannon-Palmer Engagement

       Tarah Marie Shannon of Ottumwa and Kyle William Palmer of
      Ankeny announce their engagement.  Parents of the couple are
      Terry and Sue Shannon of Ottumwa and Dick and Jo Palmer of
      Dysart.
