Eleanor McGrath 1917 - 2002 Memorial services for Eleanor A. McGrath, 85, Clinton, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Lemke Funeral Home, Clinton. Per her wishes, the body was cremated. Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Clinton. Mrs. McGrath died Monday, Nov. 18, 2002, at Alverno Health Care Facility, Clinton. She was employed as a registered nurse at Mercy Hospital and was a chief nurse for Dr. Bernard Dwyer and Dr. Richard Kist. She was an industrial nurse at Clinton Corn Processing and ADM, and later at General Electric, Morrison, Ill. Eleanor Carson was born June 8, 1917, in Clinton. She married Gerald McGrath in 1940 in Clinton. He died in 1954. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the health care facility. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Koranda, Orange Park, Fla.; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and sister, Jeanne Nissen, Clinton.
