Miata Twins

Hi! We are Bob and Debbie Langdon and we are the Miata Twins. We own two red Miatas. One is named "Smily" and the other is "Smittie". Hence the Miata twins. Bob bought me my Miata in 1993 and then 2 years later bought his own since I rarely let him drive "Smittie". I founded the High Reward Miata Club in New Orleans in 1994 and was the president of that wonderful entity until we moved to Denver in January, 1997. We have had great fun driving the mountain roads in Denver. In July, 1998 we moved to sunny California to try those roads. Our new home is in Bakersfield.

We have lots of passions in our lives besides each other (we are celebrating our 26th Anniversary this year). We also are very lucky to have two fun loving children. Amber is 24 and works with troubled youth . Brian is 21 and loves music and cars. He is going to college to major in journalism. Check out his web page at Bluerunner's Home Page

One of the other things we get excited about is Christian music-- Michael W. Smith in particular. Check out the link that leads to my MWS page and hear our story of how we met Michael. Another thing we are really passionate about is our Lord, Jesus Christ. We were part of a house church in Denver. And will be spending time with another one in Ventura, CA.

We also have a very wonderful relationship with the two children we sponsor through Compassion International. One is Ephantus, who is 13 and lives in Kenya. The other is Romar, who is 7 and lives in the Philippines. I cannot begin to tell you the tremendous impact this can have on these children.
