Mick Wagner was a Vice President of the
Executive Board and a Co-owner of EFFORTS as well as a friend to all who
knew him.
He was the main webmaster for the EFFORTS website
and helped many members with computer problems.
Mick loved to talk, both by e-mail and phone, to
everyone on the list and did all he could to make new members feel welcomed
and comfortable.
He had a wonderful sense of humor and had a tendency
to make us smile and laugh yet was tender and caring when he felt our pain.
Mick has touched the lives of many and will never
be forgotten.
His absence will leave a large void in our lives
but his memory will remain in our hearts to remind us all to fight for
a cure for emphysema.
Mick, we love you and know you are now free of
pain. Our love travels with you to your new life. We will meet
again someday and embrace a re-newed friendship. For now, go
with God.
