BE IT REMEMBERED,
That on this Twenty seventh day of September A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty six, Conrad Kleinbauer an alien, being duly sworn before the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas, in and for the county aforesaid, according to law, declares and says:

That he was born in Germany on the 25th day of October A.D. 1861 whence he emigrated, and arrived at the port of New York in the United States, on the 25th day of October A.D. 1881 and that it is bona fide his intention to become A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to the sovereign of whom he is now a subject.
