BE IT REMEMBERED,
That on this Twenty sixth day of January A.D. one thousand nine hundred and three (1903), Matthew   Kleinbauer an alien, being duly sworn before the Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions, in and for the county aforesaid, according to law, declares and says:

That he was born in Germany on the 15th day of December A.D. 1858 whence he emigrated, and arrived at the port of New York in the United States, on the 9th day of June A.D. 1892 and that it is bona fide his intention to become A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to the sovereign of whom he is now a subject.
