Matthew Kleinbauer dec'd.
The petition of Hannah Kleinbauer respectfully showeth that Mathew Kleinbauer late a resident of the Boro of Archbald Lackawanna County and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, departed this life intestate, on the 21 day of August, A.D. 1924, at 7 o'clock AM.
That the said decedent was a citizen of U.S.
That the said Mathew Kleinbauer deceased, left surviving the following-name widow or husband, heirs and next to kin, to wit:

The said intestate was possessed of Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits to the value of $250.00 and of real estate (less encumbrance) to the value of $ 6000.00 as near as can be ascertained, situated as follows: Hill St., Archbald, Pa.
Therefore, the said Hannah Kleinbauer respectfully applies for Letters of Administration upon the Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of which said Matthew Kleinbauer died possessed.

Lackawanna County, ss:
Personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said County, the following named Appraisers, viz: John Schott and J.A. Mullen who upon their solemn oaths, do say, that they at the request of Hannah Kleinbaur, administratrix will well and truly, and without prejudice or partiality, value and appraise the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of Mathew Kleinbauer deceased, and in all respects perform their duties as Appraisers to the best of their skill and judgement.
