She married John Dillahunty June 4, 1747 in Baltimore, Talbot County, MD, son of Daniel De La Hunte and Mary. Children of Hannah Neal and John Dillahunty are:

20 i. Mary Ann⁴ Dillahunty, born July 3, 1758 in Craven County, NC; died Aft. 1837. She married George West July 1, 1773 in Dobbs County, NC.

21 ii. John Silas Dillahunty, born 1749 in New Bern, Craven County, NC; died 1797 in Belle Meade, Davidson County, TN. He married (1) Ms. Baker 1770. He married (2) Rachel Koonce circa 1792 in NC.

22 iii. Hannah Dillahunty, born circa 1750. She married (1) Mr. Caldwell. She married (2) John Quilling before 1816.

23 iv. Samuel Dillahunty, born circa 1752 in NC; died Aft. 1818 in Jones County, NC. He married Sarah Morris.

24 v. Daniel Dillahunty, born circa 1753 in NC.

25 vi. Anna Dillahunty, born 1763; died before 1816. She married John Colvett.

26 vii. William Dillahunty, born 1764 in Craven County, NC; died before 1816. He married Sarah "Sally" Johnston October 10, 1796 in Davidson County, TN.

27 viii. Thomas D. Dillahunty, born December 4, 1765 in Craven County, NC; died August 9, 1828 in Courtland, Lawrence County, AL. He married Sarah Becton 1790.

28 ix. Rachel Dillahunty, born circa 1770 in Craven County, NC. She married Joseph E. Johnston September 1, 1796 in Davidson County, TN.
