Married: 20 December 1752 at St. Paul's Church in Halifax to Catherina/Catherine KELLER. It is thought she died of childbirth in May 1753.

His second marriage was on 18 September 1753 in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia to Anna Elizabeth Whaalter (later Walter), widow of Andreas Whalter.

Biography: Johnann Heinrich Vogler was one of the early pioneers who came to Nova Scotia board the Sally, the same ship that John Peter Bubickhoffer came on in 1752. See Sally Passenger List.
