Ruth was born Oct 21, 1926, in Fairview, Utah.  She married Ron Billett in October 1959.  He is an engineer for F. M. C. Corp.  Ruth graduated from North Sanpete High School and attended the University of Utah.  She is a secretary and has worked in Hawaii, Germany and France.  They live in Sunnyvale, California and have three children:
