Don Hyrum Smith, born 12 March 1917, Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.  Residence: Salt Lake City, Utah.  Attended BYU 3 years; taught Spanish in Jr. year.  Mission to Argentina 1936-39; Counselor of Mexican Branch, Salt Lake 1941; Branch President 1946 to date.  He married 2 October 1940, Naomi Stevens, daughter of David Johnson Stevens and Mary Ann Johnson.  She was born 22 October 1914, Texas.  She attended BYU 3 years.  Mission to Mexico 1936-38.
