Morris Leon Fowles (1917-2007)

Maurice was born February 16, 1917 in Fairview, Utah.  He graduated from North Sanpete High School and LDS Business College and worked as an accountant for Coco Cola Bottling Co. And Sero Amusement Co.  He served in the European theater in World War II and in the North Africa and Italy invasions.  In June of 1946 he married Barbara Ray Lessing in Salt  Lake City, Utah.  They have one son: John Lessing, born July of 1952 and served a two-year mission.  John married Debra Haycock in August of 1974 and is a student at BYU.

NOTE: TT book gives his name as Maurice Leon Fowles and birth date as 1917. IGI gives name as Morris and bd of 1916.
