Justin Mack Smith, born 17 February 1911, Snowflake, Arizona. Residence: Watertown, New York; Goldville, Kentucky; Alamagordo, New Mexico; Panguitch, Utah. B. S. Degree from University of Arizona in 1932. M. S. BYU in 1933. With Soil Conversation Service, Panquitch area. In World War II with tank battalion; served with occupations army in Japan until 1945. Assist. Supt. of Sunday School, Las Cruses, New Mexico; Scoutmaster 3 years Tucson; President of MIA at Fort Knox, Kentucky; Sunday School teacher in various wards. He married 27 February 1940, Eileen Evans, daugher of George Albert Evans and Emily Susanna West. She was born 4 June 1910, Raymond, Alberta, Canada. She attended the University of Utah 2 years. Primary play leader and dance director 24th Ward; Dance director, Salt Lake Stake 1939-40.
