The Hope Of The World |
Verse One
Awake, Zion's women arise.
There's a ringing out from the skies.
The world is in need of someone to lead
It's people to victory and peace.
Sisters come, we're the ones needed most.
Let's be ready and found at our post.
The whold world is groveling in darkness and sin.
The women of Zion can happiness bring
So put on our armour as loudly we sing.
Zion's women, the hope of the world.

Verse Two
Zion's women are fair to behold.
They wear jewels more precious than gold.
Wisdom and virtue and leadership hold.
This is the armour they bear.
They're fighting for virtue, for justice and peace,
Working and praying that love may increase.
They know that the coming of Christ is at hand
And people are gathering to this promised land
So to every nation they reach out their hand.
Zion's women, the hope of the world.
|
Verse Three
Zion's women are leading the way
To the dawn of a glorious day
When all war shall cease, when justice and peace
Shall cover the earth like a shroud.
But e'er we shall herald that wonderful day
The power of Satan shall have it's full sway.
Hand and hand with the priesthood we'll still carry on
'Til the world wakes anew in millenial dawn
For we know that Christ's kingdom we're helping along.
Zion's women, the hope of the world.
