John Montgomery

John Montgomery was born 1790 in Kentucky, and died October 22, 1856 in Ste. Genevieve, Ste. Genevieve Co., Missouri. He married Elisah 'Louisa' Layton April 22, 1828 in Perryville, Perry Co., Missouri, daughter of Wilfred Layton and Susanna Denike. She was born 1808 in Washington Co., Kentucky, and died Aft. 1870 in St. Genevieve Co., Missouri.

2. Felix Wilfred Montgomery, born February 05, 1831 in St. Genevieve Co., Missouri; died January 22, 1853 in Zell, Ste. Genevieve Co., Missouri.

3. Mary Susanne Montgomery, born September 16, 1832 in Ste. Genevieve Co., Missouri.

4. John Baptist Montgomery, born July 25, 1834 in St. Genevieve Co., Missouri.

5. Louisa Marcelline Montgomery, born June 29, 1836 in St. Genevieve Co., Missouri. She married John W. Boarman June 15, 1857 in St. Genevieve Co., Missouri.

6. Simeon Joseph Montgomery, born June 18, 1838 in St. Genevieve Co., Missouri.
